"Location is not bad but listen, these are one of the few “nice” apartments in the area not the best neighbors. The layout inside is a dark dark maze! Looks nicer in pictures and ofc the lobby is nice but that’s about it. The walls are paper thin it’s so bad !! Management will talk to you when they feel like it. Maintenance is just this one crazy looking guy and he’s rude and creepy. They will assign you the furthest parking spot from your apartment and they allow people to have more than one parking spot as long as they pay monthly $$ this should be included in the rent ?! And there is no visitor parking. You should be able to park first come first serve. Coffee machine doesn’t always have cups ready for residents to use. Overall not a great experience after a year of living here I was DONE with this place."

"I want to take a moment to thank the new team for the positive changes we've seen in our community. It's refreshing to see the manager being proactive and initiating meaningful changes. We've had issues with parking, where some people would occupy multiple spaces, which wasn't considerate of everyone in the community. Now, they're finally addressing this issue and making a change."

The management, especially Linda, was exceptional—always approachable and ready to assist with any concerns. Maintenance requests were handled promptly, which made living here hassle-free. The lounge and clubroom were inviting spaces, always kept clean and ready for residents to enjoy. The swimming pool area was a favorite spot, offering a great place to unwind. And let's not forget about the coffee machine—it was a delightful surprise that added a special touch to my mornings. Overall, Folio West Apartments provided a wonderful living experience, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable place to call home."

"I have been a resident here at Folio West for almost a year, and I can say it is by far worth the price of admission. Maintenance is always quick to respond and very friendly and accommodating Office staff is also very nice and patient and thoroughly assist you with little to no attitude Especially Nataly! Very friendly. High energy and always very positive with a “can do attitude”. Linda the manager is also very awesome. Her doors are always open unlike some property managers I’ve experienced in the past. That are only nice before they sign you to a lease. But here at Folio West, they treat you like family and they prioritize all your needs The parking lot is very secure and the on-site property amenities are always clean and assessable"
