"Director Fernando has always acted so angry and unprofessional. Ceaser makes a lot of mistakes and needs training. Stephanie is terrible assistant. Terrible management. Maintenance cannot fix anything. My stove still broken. My tubs, I am tired of making work requests and nothing gets fixed. If management would care for our safety and security we would have a lovely community. There is so much crime in this area and neighbors do not trust each other because of wild kids running around terrorizing everyone kicking doors and destroying the community by dumpster diving and spreading all trash over the concrete, patios, doorways. Every single day is something. Like neighbors peeing on the parking lot in plain view. Good luck if you call anyone to help you but hey that's all of houston anyway right?"

She's the one you want to go to if in need of a place quick fast and in a hurry! Im in love with my new place its like a mini condo. And any and everything that need to be fixed (which was minor) will be fixed by the maintenance man ALex whose always on the job and very understanding! Trust he knows what he's doing. Fernando the main manager he's cool people. Thank you Ms Stephanie Flowers for your hard work and fast delivery I appreciate every second of your time making sure all my needs where meet. I love it here! Maintenance team is sooo amazing here! Love it here!"

"Cesar Caballeros is fantastic. Friendly and helpful from us walking in the door We needed a place asap and he did everything he could to ensure we got a clean safe unit the same day. He really goes above and beyond to help."

"The lease renewal was too confusing. For example, it shows that I have to pay a $100 animal deposit due at the time of the renewal but I don't have and have never had an animal here. Also, I am not interested in the package locker fee nor the gate fee. I have a one time gate remote that I bought when it was first offered. This was in lieu of the annual fee for using the app. I find that the information was not complete and I felt that I had to sign something with no opt out as an option. I also had to sign several addendums and I could not add any information to them. Overall, not a pleasant experience. No charge was shown if I chose not to sign and use month to month."

"Touring this property was such a pleasant experience. Prior to touring, i was greeted by a leasing agent Cesar. He offered me coffee and a refreshment as soon as I walked in. The property & unit i toured was really nice, clean and updated. I met one of the maintenance staff when walking the property as well as the manager Fernando. The staff was so nice and helpful i would definitely recommend touring and applying to this property ❤️"
