The office staff is very helpful and maintenance is quick to come and take care of any problems I have had. I had a leak in the faucet and they took care of it fast. Been here for 4 years now."

"The office staff do their job well and I appreciate their attentiveness and hospitality. It really goes along way when you’re living under these conditions. I’ve been living here for over a year. My roommates car was stolen within the first year. The main problem here IS THE WATER. You will barely EVER have hot water if you choose to live here. I’ve put in several work orders for the issue and the maintenance team responds to all orders in a timely manner. However, the water only stays hot for maybe a day or two and then we are back to luke warm showers. It’s sad. Dont move here if you actually want a decent place to stay. Also, there was a rat in my apartment when I first moved in & I was told that I had to remove it myself. Even after providing proof that it was there before moving in. There’s also a roach problem here that they can’t seem to get rid of."
