"i have been living here for almost a year, i can say for the hood this is a great place. its been through some management and not all is friendly but the ones who are are amazing. i love my apartment, i feel at ease in here even w craziness right outside, this is a great family aparment . it has great potential and its diverse here. i came here w nothing and had struggled from past things but i was always able to get help, they work w you they do not seem like the greedy type and your work orders are completed soon . these apartments arent perfect but when you are in a situation like me you can live nice on an low income budget here."

"I've been living on this property for 3years in the pass month with the new management team has been awesome from maintaining the up keep interior as well as exterior. Ms.Rose and Team keep up the good work with making our stay at Huntington Glen feel like home with style. The new maintenance guys are killN it with staying on top of work orders for the residents."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! THEY ARE PURE SLUM LORDS WITH A HORRIBLE ROACH INFESTATION! 1507 NEEDS TO BE knocked down! The entire apartment has a bad plumbing issues. I was forced to stay in the apartment with a leaking pipe with the sheet rock ripped out. It took them over 3 months to fix. There wasn’t any type of concession off my rent nothing no empathy. The manager Jen or Jenny Torres needs to be fired. The property upkeep isn’t done often. I have my mail going to a P.O. Box due to the condition they have the mail boxes. I will leaving a review on all apartment websites! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY MOVING THERE JUST A WASTE OF TIME!"

"This apartment is a scam. When my family and I first moved here we requested for a newly renovated apartment and that's what we've been paying for. However, we got an apartment with so many damages that they covered with paint. Don't get me started on the roaches, it's infested. There's leakage everywhere and also mold. I complained about a major leakage about 6 months ago and they dug a hole in the ceiling and put a plastic over it and never came to fix it. The mold is so bad my family's always sick and my girlfriend is asthmatic. Due to what we've been dealing with, we were behind on rent and they've had the nerve to serve us an eviction. We tried paying in parts for months and they wouldn't take partial payments, most of the ladies at the leasing office are rude. They had mentainance almost kicked our door down because they wanted to see us at the leasing office. They're quick to have people knock on your door if you're late on rent but mentainance never show up if you have a issue. If I could give these apartment zero stars I would. Don't move here."
