"Worst apartment ever. No proper maintenance, rude front staff, people kept breaking in the mailboxes. The parking lot is a garbage dump such as no road maintenance and cars not registered in the system. The front office staff only cars about towing cars and not fixing stuff here."

"They are thieves!!!!!!!!!! If you not Hispanic, do yourself a favor not to live here. Before I moved out, I told them three times I was going too, ie one month before i moved out. The lady at the front desk(Hispanic) acknowledged it, but never told me to put it in writing and turn it in for signing. They even accepted my month-month rent NOBODY told me that before moving out I should write a letter to them. Finally I did move out on 06/02/2022 requesting for my deposit that day, the same lady told me I have to wait for 2weeks for them to check the apartment and make sure everything was fine. After two weeks I called, they kept posting me, acting like they can’t speak English anymore because they want to spilt my money to themselves. To cut the long story short, the lady told me the apartment was fine just that I didn’t put it in writing that I was moving out so therefore, I wouldn’t get back my deposit. She also said it’s on the lease agreement that before moving out, you have to write to them (TRICKS). She even hung up on me, I called back, she put me on hold for hours.LIKE I SAID, THEY ARE THIEVES AND UNPROFESSIONAL. If you delete this message I will keep uploading it till the world sees how horrible you guys are. Things are so hard right now(COVID and inflation) but then, they are ready to steal from everybody"

"If i could give this property negative 0 i would!!! Me and my family been living here for over 20 years this place has become very unethical. New management is not professional the new “manger” doesn’t even have manners or even willing to find a solution. Over several years they been saying things were going to be fixed/replaced never been done. I would not recommend this place at all, especially there manger does not know how to solve issues or concerns in a timely matter. They’ve just been raising there rent but not remodeling or fixing anything. I would not recommend this property at all."

"Attempted to rent at these apartments because it was close to two clinics I drive too daily. They are great at taking your money for the credit check but then try any reason to reject you. I was told the reason for their denial is based on my credit report but I have not been rejected from any other apartment complex I applied for, so I believe their excuse is bogus. Reason why? When they were checking my employment and housing history the young lady that was calling was rude to my boss and the owner of the property I was leaving. My employer complained to the young lady boss and I hear nothing from them until last night I got an email after six in the evening with their claim my credit report caused them to deny my apartment application. I hate to tell them but I am willing to bet my credit is better than their entire staff and most that rent there. So I will be following up on this when the company they used send me their report and if I do not see anything wrong I will then contact the State to see what action I can take against this apartment complex. Follow Up: Obtained my credit report from the agency that they used and it did not show my credit to be in poor standing. Also was able to rent at another community with no deposit and yes they ran my credit and it came back fine. Finally, after investigating even more I would advise anyone looking to rent at this place should read all the reviews about this Apartment Complex before applying. Also do a drive by the area and look at the surrounding community and I am sure you can find something better and cheaper than what they are offering. I know I found better and safer and will be turning my finding over to the proper authorities and filing a complaint against the Apartment Owners. Will post further details later."
