"Hey everyone, thanks for taking the time to read my review. I moved in 5 months ago and it's ok aside from roaches, vandalism outside my apartment area (on my birthday), a missing package, and a bad puddle that makes it almost inaccessible to cross when it storms. It can be tough to find a parking spot too sometimes. I had to put in a lot of work orders too when I initially moved in, some I'm still filling out now for the sink, the stove, and pest control. I'm most disappointed about the price though. I don't feel great about paying such a high amount for somewhere with so many issues. I thought I would be paying less than what I am paying now too. I definitely wished they offered more of a rent discount or charged less until stuff that I mentioned gets fixed. I do like the pool and the fireplace and the gym. Same goes for the balcony. I'm also able to do my laundry at home and it's very spacious for a 1 bedroom. I also think Karina at the office has been pretty nice and got us approved right away. When I was behind on rent because I was scammed and management was understanding. So yeah, this place has it's issues but there's some good stuff too."

"Mr.Gerald and Ms. Karina was very helpful towards my family and I , getting approved for this apartment wasn’t an issue for me at all , very kind landlords and fun to be around , when ever you need any questions to be ask they informed you about any adjusting you’ll need to put down on any files or in the systems . The rent is literally affordable for anyone who needs an apartment to stay at ."

"I loved living here as my first place in Houston!!! The commute to everything is so close but it's tucked away to give you a little bit of quit from the sounds of the main highway!!! The office workers are so sweet and fun to talk to. Absolutely the best. I recommend this place 100 times over!!"

"I have had a wonderful experience here at the Walden Pond Apartments must say Karina has been very helpful in getting me settled into my new place. So far everything has been great. My biggest concern was if there was any pest or rodents, and everything has been great. Here I must say. I’ve been here going on two weeks now, and they came in and caulk and sealed my cabinets. Any holes they sealed up for me. They also have a strong fumes with the pest control that kills roaches instantly if they were to come in, I’ve noticed. So overall, my experiences been great. I have new carpet and the hardwood floor is in really good condition. By the way, also Julian is amazing as well. If you don’t get Karina, then get Julian."
