The onboarding process was very smooth, management did a great job providing all the information and paperwork needed to be a smooth move. The complex overall, is always clean, maintained and safe, which is very important to me. Also the neighbors have been very friendly and clean as well. My overall experience has been great so far, I have no complaints and I hope it stays that way."

"This review is solely based on my experience after I went for a tour. I am big on customer service as the staff that you engage with during your tour is going to be the staff that you will engage with during your lease. With that being said, my tour was great, but the staff directed me to the website to figure out everything as they do everything electronically. I would've appreciated getting a fee sheet or something physical as I left my tour. I have not received any of the information I requested via email nor did I get a thank you message for touring. This location is very convenient and the property is nice. It was the top of my list but due to the customer service aspect, I knew this wouldn't be a good place to call home."

Carli was very welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful in answering all our questions and providing useful details and insights about the property.
