"Update: A lot on this list has been fixed after this review and I adjusted my rating. I moved in to an apartment with dirty floors, the microwave smelled like burnt popcorn and no closet door. I have been asking for a closet door for 5 months now and still no sliding door for my closet. The dishwasher is old and sucks. the rack doesn't fit in the dishwasher. The insulation sucks, When it's hot outside, it is hotter inside, and when it is cold out, it is colder inside. The upgrades are really upgrades and are done poorly and distastefully. There are stainless steel appliances as portrayed in some pictures. My neighbor complained of roaches often. The water comes on brown.... ALOT, almost every-time I turn the tub on, the water is yellow/brown. The windows need to be replaced bad. The let out your heat/air and definitely brings the inside in. They also need screens on them."

"Update: You also have to pay a $39.97 fee to pay your rent online. Or go to a place that takes payments. There are a lot of extra hidden fees. I have been here 2 weeks. So far the parking situation is not very good. To be able to park closer to my apartment and not carry my groceries a long way I had to pay to reserve a space. The neighbors are very territorial about parking even though there is unassigned areas. My mailbox keys don’t work and I haven’t been able to get my mail and I been here since the 27th. And they still haven’t changed my lock. You can’t bring your own washer and dryer. And it’s 45 a month added to your rent for the very small stackables in the apartment. My apartment is by the pool and they have been very very loud every evening. So don’t move close to the pool. It’s very noisy. And on the fourth they popped fireworks until one in the morning and I was exhausted working my 12 hour shift the next day. I’m happy with my place just seems to be some things that can be improved on. The staff is very nice and my move in was smooth."

"They charge a mandatory $25 for vallet trash even if you don’t want this service and take your trash to dumpster yourself. They charge $45 washer and dryer rental even if you don’t want to use theirs and have your own. They charge a $45 processing fee to pay rent with a debit card… really??? It’s 2023 and you need $45 to process an EFT payment?? I don’t think so. And they charge $45 for reserved parking and they don’t have enough non reserved parking for those who can’t afford it. So I have to park on the street. The garbage disposal and dishwasher didn’t work when I moved in and had to have them fix it. They spray this coating over the bathtub and sinks that is cracking off because they don’t want to properly clean the tile underneath and god only knows what’s going on under there. Probably mold. I would not recommend renting here."

"My wife and I planned to move to Houston to enjoy life in the city. At first, It was a bit of a challenge finding a location that checked all of the boxes for us. Champions Green did just that! Not only did we find a great unit that provides plenty of space and a beautiful layout. The amenities included were just the icing on the cake. Moving to a new location comes with many hassles as we all know. It was awesome to have such an Outstanding Staff to help make the process a breeze. The community is quiet, friendly, and we have experienced no issues. The property has a 24 hour gym, a swimming pool , and even a dog park. Champions Green is a hidden gem and If I could I would give it 10/10. Thanks so much to the Staff for all of their hard work and helping us find a place that we can call home."

"We moved here in April from out of town and we couldn’t be more happy with our decision to settle here. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The apartment itself is updated and cozy. Love the tile floors and high ceilings. I’m a swimmer and the pool is amazing. The apartments are gated and has an officer around at night. I feel really safe and overall just love it here. Nice location, nice amenities and super nice and helpful staff!"
