"I am not the smartest person in the world but I do know Discrimination. I applied and was denied initially because of they said I had an active felony warrant. This was false so I went and got a print out of my record from the district clerks office. I disputed it and it came back again I was denied. Now for having some credit issues. They had ran my credit again without my permission. I had about 3 inquiries that I had no clue was on my credit report. I had payoff letters for some that I know I did myself but I was not paying not $1 for something I know I did not do. Now if you view that property and know the area it is crime and homeless central. Jocelyn called and told me the only way they would let me move in is if I had paid off all my debts on my credit report. So I asked her if every tenant there has a perfect credit score like they are requiring from me. because the parking lot does not show perfect credit I can assure you that. I could see paying off some and I had no problem doing that. I did hit a rough patch at one point but my business that I have is doing great! The area does not scream perfect credit. I lived off park row and every time i look up someone was getting shot from a drug deal from there at the shell next door. In addition their studios are just as high as the nicer apartments that surrounds them. All I will say the drugs must be real good over there to charge $1000+ for a studio that is only 235sqft. And if i did pay off all my debtors I would not be moving there guaranteed. Lets just keep it real they do not want people of color living there. From the looks of it I was the only colorful person that would be living there anyway."
