They’ve gotten better in maintenance timing, security, parking. They have great schools nearby and other commodities as well."

"Edit to add: How extremely ridiculous that they don’t let you check the mailbox out of courtesy a week after moving out!!! That’s how you treat your loyal customers… Pathetic!! Also wanted to add the AC system is old & your air filters don’t work! Every time I would remove the air filter, it was clean as if it was new! Dust was constantly having to be cleaned off surfaces. My 3yr old son would always get a stuffy and bloody nose bc the air conditioner does not throw clean air. Also, please do something about the trash. It looks so ghetto & gross when the trash is overfilled and all over the place! Honest review from a former resident of 6 years: 1 Star for the living space 1 Star for safety 1 Star for the price being decent Pros -Nice living space and storage -Area was always pretty calm, never really heard of crime issues while residing there -Price is ok compared to other places, however it seems like they started a lot of renovations, which is good, but bad in a way, because that increases the rent prices Cons -Water will get shut off, sometimes without notice -Water is not very clean, I always had to buy water separately to cook and bathe my little ones -That water bill is EXTREMELY ridiculously high! When I moved in in 2007 my water bill was in the 40's.. When I moved out recently it was $117. I tried to dispute the charges comparing my rate to a neighbor, and they were questioning how many people lived in that person's apartment compared to mine, because "water was based on the amount of people living in the apartment." -Put in a service order due to water stains in the ceiling when it rained... They decided to start fixing the issue nearly A YEAR after it being reported more than once... which was by the time I was ALREADY IN THE PROCESS OF MOVING OUT!! -Management is extremely rude -Maintenance crew is nice, but like every other apartment complex, they take for ever to service your unit. -I saw a previous review about the gym being closed... The gym was never opened (nor did I ever see anyone in there) the entire 6 years I lived there."
