"I never really write reviews but I must say my experience with Renters Resource was excellent. Let me just start off by saying that Marie Hernandez is awesome! She definitely did an excellent job helping me find an apt. I am new to this area & was not aware of the different process'. This was also my 3rd apt finder as the others were not very good. I even came up against a leasing company with questionable business practices. I spoke with Marie about the problems I had & she helped by directing me to file a complaint with the Houston Apt Association. For me the process of apt hunting was long and arduous. Needless to say by the time I came in contact with Marie I was frustrated and not hopeful. Marie truly turned all of that around. She always followed up via text, email or phone call. She was diligent and thorough with not only flagging potential properties but also included information regarding specials, areas, amenities & pricing that fit into what I was looking for.
