"First time ever writing a review. This will be a good complex if under good management. Staffs are very unprofessional and work with an attitude. The leasing office never takes accountability for anything. - Apartment infested with roaches since day one. You have to run behind them for the unit to be treated as it should. - Their online payment portal doesn't work, they don't take accountability. Their solution is go bring a money order. They don't understand acknowledging, owning, and looking for ways to remedy the problem. Telling you they will charge you a late fee for it. You've got to be kidding me. Take care of current residents! - Their failure to communicate is your responsibility. The day prior to me moving in, I was at their office and they didn't tell me I needed to bring a money order when moving in. When I can for the key the next day, one of the staff literally told me that I should know that I need to bring a money order when moving in. That all apartments in Houston do the same, which is absolutely false! Patrol or security guard is just a portrait. Loud music at midnight throughout the night and he does nothing. Work on your staffs and how you handle residents' complaints."

"The rent is very expensive, the maintenance service is very bad, very bad. They don't care about the well-being of the tenants. I am disappointed and do not recommend that property... it is the worst"

"My pros: - Price for what you get can't really be beat in the area - Relatively helpful staff - Grounds were pretty well kept overall - I personally never felt unsafe My cons: - Unruly/rude neighbors (loud music/screaming kids/stolen packages) - Dogs were rarely on leashes/sometimes were just let out completely unattended. My small dogs almost got attacked on more than one occasion - The parking situation in my part of the complex was kind of rough past 6pm - No one really listens to the dates/times for trash service, leading to trash bags outside doors constantly - Had a roach problem despite constantly cleaning our apartment and doing everything we reasonably could to prevent them - Something in the apartment was always broken - Maintenance could either be super quick or take a week to come fix something Overall my experience at 2828 was not a great one, but I know other people have had great experiences!"

"I absolutely love my complex. I have moved around a lot but this is the first time I feel HOME!!!! No matter the situation this property does everything they can to let residents know we matter. I HIGHLY recommend this complex!!!!"

"Worse place to live it’s roach infested, loud and very dangerous. Staff and management are rude and negligent. They refused to fix damages and will blame tenants for their negligence. Hole has been in my roof since last year of November and I have a newborn. Refused to be understanding and blamed me. Please don’t move here it’s too expensive and not worth it. Look at images below. UPDATE This is the absolute worst place to live! They refuse to be held accountable and responsible for their negligence! The hole was still not fixed that was in November! they lied and said I told them not to fix it! When I have emails and pictures telling them I don’t feel safe. The upper management is rude will not take my calls. They painted over mold so do not move in 827! They are horrible they had my son belongings in the dumpster and laughed about it! Do not move here again I have evidence of these claims."
