"THESE APT SUCK!!!!!!!!!! Mom has being living here for 6 months and since she moved she has been having problems with the apt they gave her,the first they showed her a different apartment,then in one of her bathrooms on top of the ceiling it started to show signs of mold. She went and went and keeps on going to the office but all they can say "if it's not an emergency we can't do anything about it"even the maintenance people have told her that the office people don't do there job. If there where a negative start, trust me these complex has earned it. Do not move here!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"1 out of 10 do not recommend. Speaking on behalf of my apt unit & my unit only. I’ve been living here for 4 months now. Apt wasn’t ready from the start. You may not see any when viewing an empty unit but as soon as you move in roach infested! Side note: I am a very clean person. Hidden fees! Closet ceiling damaged & never fixed, never received a pool key or a key to the small homemade gym even after asking. No hot water sometime. Something always breaking. My downstairs neighbor complains to me about a leak he has every time I bathe. Rude & careless office manager. Everyone else is nice but they’re never there only the manager & she doesn’t answer the phone. My a/c being out for over a WEEK no exaggeration & it is currently out now is why I’m writing this review. A 90 degree apt is unbearable for living conditions & is 100 percent unacceptable. Maintenance have been trying to fix it but it seems as if they can’t. They put a window air conditioner in my apt. I asked for another unit & I was told I have to apply again & pay a $400 transfer fee *if* I’m approved after inspection. I am completely displeased & I will get myself out of this situation without a doubt!!"
