"Been here for 7 months really no issues except with a drawer in the kitchen who’s facing fell off. But with the help of Mercedes it got fixed. Other than that no issues. Ms. Priscilla was very nice and helpful in making signing a lease easy. I’m very happy with my apartment. It’s very close to work and lots of places to shop and explore. I would say it’s quite with exception of the upstairs neighbors they make a lot noise but it’s tolerable for now. The weigh room is nice especially if I don’t feel like driving to the gym. The pool area is nice and someone is always keeping it clean. The area is monitored well. Emails are sent to residents on what happening in the apartment complex. Kudos to the two ladies mentioned above. Office staff is very pleasant when interacting with them on the phone or in person. I only gave 4 stars because of the drawer issue because they kept closing the work order without fixing it. Over all a pretty good place to stay."

"There is mold in the apartments and after getting a blood test, there is mold in our blood! They call it mildew but the picture speaks for itself. We have contacted a lawyer and will be suing. Do not rent here, apartments are over priced, management is rude and does not care. Thanks for making us sick, we really appreciate it."

"I was looking for an apartment ready to move in within a few days. Virginia and Priscilla helped me out tremendously and made everything so easy. Very affordable. THEY WILL WORK WITH YOU! I’m so glad I found this community, it is very quiet and convenient considering being so close to everything!"

"We do not recommend this apartment. 1. Roaches 2. Poor construction, it was listed as newly renovated and there were holes in the walls around all the piping and gaps between the wall and floor 3. People smoke weed everywhere 4. Trash gets overflowed and vultures end up hanging out and attacking pets 5. Management doesn’t do much and when they do, they never follow up 6. Paid for pest control but never saw anyone. 7. Again…. ROACHES. 8. The rent is nice but is money more important than your health? Please think twice before staying here. It was awful."
