"I moved in these apartments in October && the stay here is has HORRIBLE. I’m paying to lay in a roach infested apartment.The roaches here is RIDICULOUS. I’ve spent a ton of my own money battling these roaches and NOTHING is working. I reported the roaches multiple times. These things are in the walls, in appliances on the ceiling, in the carpet it’s infested!!! Management does nothing about it. No one cleans the parking lot, trash everywhere, I’ve asked for things to be fixed as far as hot water not working every other week and or heater.The walk way to my apartment is broken to where possums, rats and skunks hide under there so I’ll have to walk all the way around so I wouldn’t get attacked by them . STILL nothing has been fixed. I don’t know who owns this place but I have reported them to the health department. I want out of my lease and I want a full refund. I’m horrified and disgusted with everything about these apartments. Your car isn’t safe here my car got towed for no reason and just two days ago my car got broken into and window got busted. STILL MANAGEMENT DOES NOTHING . I wouldn’t recommend these apartments not even to a homeless person. Neighbors be arguing and shooting at night. I’m 6 months pregnant there’s no way I can raise a child in such a place like this. 0/10 don’t recommend"

"I just recently renewed my My lease because of the apartment manager Noella she got things done that were not getting done here At the apartments. Managers Came and left and she’s the only one that’s given a care about residence. I told her about my needs and concerns and she’s gotten all done. I got a new refrigerator, a new stove and I’m going to get new flooring because of her after being in my apartment for five years and nobody giving a care of she She’s getting things done. The maintenance guys are awesome. Are on top of the game getting everything fixed on time and they work With my work schedule"

"At first with the other leasing management, nothing was getting done. But now, with this new management and this new manager, Leah or Noelia, she gets things done I just have to report it and there at my apartment right away fixing anything that is needing to be done. Maintenance guy. Jose is awesome quick and aware of everything and he knows what he’s doing. He gets things done, the manager and staff are all nice people and always willing to help and get things done"

"I moved in a week ago, I’m paying for a “refurbished”apartment which has not been refurbished in the least. The cabinets are disgusting and falling apart and the roaches…oh my gosh the roaches! I’ve spent over $100 of my own money battling these tiny roaches, nothing helps. I reported the roaches multiple time and one random guy came and sprayed literally the kitchen floor, that’s it! These things are in the walls, in appliances on the ceiling, in the carpet it’s infested!!! Management does nothing about it. No one cleans the parking lot, trash everywhere, I’ve asked for things to be fixed one thing has been, but the guy left screws and a razor blade on my balcony. I don’t know who owns this place but I have reported them to the health department. I want out of my lease and I want a full refund. I’m horrified!!!"

"I mean a great experience some loud and rough kids but the leasing people were pleasant. I like what I've seen so far besides the rough kids hanging on the tennis. I did a tour with Crystal the new namagement who took over on Feb 2 2023. They are on top of it. I feel like they will be good at getting the job done. I looked at a town home see videos. Cars speed terribly fast the office is looking to work on stopping that. But all and all good stuff."
