If you try to punch my cousin he’s 13 years old but luckily, my cousin called his dad and his dad took care of it and the security guard put the pepper spray in the eyes after the security guard tried to attack my cousin after something that he did not do he thought my cousin made a joke about him, but it was not my cousin those other boys I don’t think this apartment complex is safe"

"Not sure where to start. Well, the office staff are extremely rude, are unprofessional and whoever hired them needs to be fired, investigated, and let go. I have been living here for a while but if it wasn’t for my kids’ school I would have moved. When walking in last week this I what I witnessed- the young lady I think Laura? Was telling a lady she needed an app on the phone to add or delete a car. And told her in Spanish – She should have the ‘paper’ to go look for it because it was given to her upon moving in. The lady explains to her she didn’t want to get towed, this while the other young lady Michelle. (she is rude) was on Facetime with a guy - I could hear a man’s voice where I was standing, she on her desk giggling and not helping me. When the lady in front left, I asked the lady Laura about some work orders I put over 2 months ago. She rolled her eyes and said she doesn’t know that the ‘guys were all busy.’ I mean at this point I seriously give up. They don’t answer the phone, they are rude as if we are bothering them when walking in. Not sure why they are still here. The thing is on my way out I went to go help that lady add her car on the app since I saw her and felt bad how she was being treated. This company should def. replace this 2 young woman. The positive reviews must be FAKE. Because all the people who live around me do not like the ladies at the leasing office. But when my lease is up, I AM MOVING OUT even if I have to pay more rent- just as long as i get the customer service I deserve. I DO NOT RECOMMEND"

"Image being without HOT WATER for days!! 12/30 12/31 1/1 1/2. Just imagine going into your NEW YEAR with no HOT water, having to boil water to take a bath or wash your dishes SMH, and the office will be closed until January 2nd 2024. These slum lords have no care in the world. Guess it's pay your rent and deal with whatever happens. It's just getting worse and worse over here. But they keep the front clean by the office. So the new people who come to check out the apartments think its ok around here. Pool always closed in Summer, dumpster always full with trash all on the ground around dumpster. SEWAGE pipes always busted with waste everywhere. Plus they take forever to fix something. Please look around the complex before you sign your lease. And it's a bad rat and roach problem also other neighbors have informed me of. And it's a lot of empty apartments open that local crackheads are going in and out at night. But since the office employees just sit in the office and don't walk the property they don't see the pulled off window screens and open doors. It really feels good knowing people get to live for free, while tenants get harassed for dumb stuff likes what's on your porch THE COMPLEX need 3 trash bins per trash area ITS TO MANY PEOPLE IN THE COMPLEX for only 2 trash bins at each trash area. Stop being cheap and get more dumpsters or pay for more pick ups a week!!! Some buildings have no lights at night which makes the area dangerous and unsafe to walk through. Get it together and please give people new blinds if they have lived at the property more then a year it makes the buildings look so tacky with all the raggedy blinds I hate I had to leave a 1 star"

"My neighbors play loud music at all hours of the day and night and the leasing office has done nothing. I call the office, they don't answer, so I leave messages, which they never return. The leasing office does not respond to my emails or messages in the resident portal. I have been disappointed in this complex and I look forward to leaving. Leaving zero stars was not an option The residents of 811 and playing music and their numerous kids are in the stairs yelling. It is midnight, which is past the 10 pm curfew. Please give them a lease violation ASAP. This is unacceptable!"
