"Nick from the office was very pleasant and helpful. Aside from him specifically, every time I report anything is gets taken care of pretty quickly. Sometimes the maintenance does get backed-up with work and will or priority tickets which is understandable. I would want them to fix my a/c first rather than having him change someone else’s light bulbs"
