"For 1 I moved in here in September 2023 and I had to go into the office twice for payment issues since it was my 1st time trying to do the online payments the manager LATOSHA needs to be fired or slapped with her rude nasty attitude self she must be racist or she needs to be replace she is ALWAYS acting like she dont want to be there or something because everytime i go in there i go in with RESPECT Now Christina was great with me but idk she not here no more and Angel is a freaking SWEETHEART and I been trying to get someone to look at the tank of the toilet since September 2nd a day after I moved in and it's now February 2024 a week before March 2024 and no one has came by so idk what gives plus I having to pay more all because there is a so called issue of payment from the low income I get I don't mind but don't take advantage of people now smh and clean the pool right lord my window is right in front of it and to see green water just makes me be like Ewww.... plus if they wanted to charge more its more likely it's because they don't have enough ppl to pay rent on the whole Property for there rent of the land so that's why they are charging more on ppl so they need to fix that problem and not over charge the tenants for real and WHY DO YALL CLOSE EARLY or just be close like at 10am or 2pm and why be closed on Wednesdays hell yall the weekends off good grief"

"Worst apartment I've EVER lived in. Don't believe me then move over here. I've been here 6 mths and it gets worse by the day and management does absolutely nothing. Tenants that have been here for years are even getting ready to move out. I hate it here. AND NO ONE HAS REACHED OUT. They lying y'all. Don't believe the hype. Edited on 10/9/2023 @ 6:50pm. "Thank God, my lease didn't go through here. First thing first, the website lies about what available units they have even when they are leased. I brought this to their attention and they couldn't care less. The lady on the phone was more worried about being right about which units were vacant and which units were not vacant. She couldn't care less that their website is giving false information. She was actually quite dismissive and annoyed when I brought it to her attention. This is how the staff treats perspective customers, I am sure glad I don't live here."

"If I could, I would not put a star on this review. My parents have been living in this apartment complex for around three years now and at the beginning with the first management, it was great unfortunately, throughout the past two years, the apartments have definitely deteriorated. They have been having issues with mold issues and every single time they report it and they come and check it out but nothing gets done. It’s more definite that there’s a plumbing issue because the whole apartment is very humid and in the restrooms the wood flooring is peeling off because there’s water coming from underneath, but every single time they come and check it they say there’s nothing they can do about it I don’t know who the new owners are, but it would be great if they can start paying attention to their tenants because they don’t have an issue collecting the money for rent, but they can’t afford to take care of their apartment complex. Also my parents were without a microwave for 3 to 4 months and the only reason they got a replacement was because one of the workers was going to throw away the microwave from another apartment and my dad who is handicapped ask him if he could have it if it worked so that way they had somewhere to heat their food. It is sad to see the poor conditions they keep their tenants under. I wish the department of Houston would come and check out this apartments because there’s definitely a Lotta issues with them."

"I wouldn’t recommend! These apartments are only something good to look at from the outside. The managerial staff is very poor in maintaining a property and customer service. Managerial staff will walk into your apartment without your permission even though they can simply tell you ahead of time that they’re coming they do not. The current manager just popped up unexpectedly and knocked on my door. When I told her I wasn’t expecting them to come she pushed my front door open while I was behind the door with nothing but a towel on. She came in to my house with a maintenance man behind her. She then tells me that this was her property and she will be treating my apartment as if she stay here. You can’t speak to the managerial staff about any problems that you’re having as they will overtalk you and you never get out what you’re trying to say. They also will lie and tell you that they are coming to fix things in your apartment and they do not come. Please do not get anything delivered to their front office because they will send your Packages back return sender. They don’t call and tell you you have a package in the office they leave a note on your door they may or may not be there once you make it home. Ever since the Laramar property management company took over the property has went to pooh. The workout room which you pay for is never open. The pool stays tremendously dirty. Lastly, they are having foundation issues where it sends cracks up my walls. Rent here at your own risk! I wouldn’t even leave a star if I didn’t have to."
