"DO NOT FALL FOR THE DEALS. DO NOT FALL FOR THE FAKE 5 STAR REVIEWS. Treat residents poorly, no maintenance, and outrageous extra fees (an extra $30 dollars just to pay rent online, amenity fee, $500 dollars for not using their renters insurance, etc.) I broke my lease after only 6 months. Not worth it for the cheaper rent. After moving in there were roaches in every single room and especially the kitchen crawling over the cabinets. Then opening the fridge and freezer there was a MULTITUDE of dead bugs all over. After bringing this to management's attention they said that they would send someone to clean it ... never happened. I even put in a maintenance request after no one showed up and they marked it resolved - still no one showed up. They scheduled to fumigate my apartment the first week I lived there, I requested ASAP since I was not yet working and could take my dog with me somewhere. Of course they put it off for two weeks and the day it was scheduled I had to pay for a place to house my dog during the day. This did NOT fix the issues and when I asked to be put on a rotational pest spraying the maintenance request again was ignored and when I talked to multiple people in the office about it still nothing was resolved. This was all just the first month. Then after living there for a while I noticed that the front office NEVER answered the phone and if they did were very rude. I would call DURING OFFICE HOURS and would get the voicemail then after calling back a minute later I would get a response. I gave up trying to leave voicemails because they would never return my call. Not the mention the only emails I would receive from them were that my building didn't have water AGAIN and AGAIN Then you have the other residents that live there. The grassy areas were always COVERED in dog poop and I would watch constantly as there were owners feet away from the multitude of bags available and would do nothing. Then I had a neighbor who would blare music at 3:30 AM biweekly, when I called and tried to get a hold of a "courtesy officer" after hours I would never get a response and after the 3rd time of calling the option of getting a hold of this person was no longer available. Then comes the moving out process. I put in a 60 day notice which was required and did not get a confirmation that this was accepted until I went to the office in person to confirm and was given a bunch of excuses as to why I was not responded to. Then after paying the fee at 30 days they again asked me if I had even put in my notice - but of course did not bring this up until AFTER they had taken my money. After this I asked an exorbitant amount of times that they send me confirmation of my move out date - they never did. Then when my move out date came it was apparently on a 'holiday' for the office - when I called and asked about what that meant for my move out date of handing in my keys they rudely told me to just do it the next day. It has now been 2 weeks of moving out and still have no received any notice about my move out or if I have any extra fees - I hope not because I will be fighting them on it as I left the apartment in better condition than when I moved in. -- Edit -- After reading management's reply I would like to clarify to readers. I did multiple conversations with office staff about retrieving a package from the mailbox after moving out only AFTER being told I could retrieve it on 3 separate occasions I was told that it was against policy. That I can understand, what I cannot understand is that I was told time and time again to 'come back tomorrow.' Just because I had this disagreement with them DOES NOT negate the problems I had when I lived at the complex, during and after the move out."
"PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, DO NOT MOVE HERE AND DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THESE (fake) 5-STAR REVIEWS!!!! This place is absolutely HORRIBLE!!! Every week you’ll receive multiple emails about not having water!!! You will NEED a water filter as the water comes out brown in the faucets, there is MOLD EVERYWHERE, and please don’t expect to receive an apartment like the one you toured, because what you’re going to receive is an old beat up, hardly cleaned apartment with roaches everywhere. The tub in the bathroom is poorly surfaced, and the rust will come through very quickly, The paint in the tub also chipped immediately. The rim underneath the toilet have mold that will not come off. Plus the toilets look like they’re from the 80s. Trying to get someone in the office to care is hilarious. The office staff changes what seems like weekly. I have only been in this apartment complex for six months, in which I have seen them not try to fix the gates, and within the first few weeks, not even a month, someone was unalived. If you have pets, make sure they’re up-to-date on their flea medication’s, as their dog park, which is a joke, is infested with fleas. Oh, speaking of animals, the amount of strays out here is astronomical. I can guarantee, if anyone replies to this comment, they’re going to mention how my name doesn’t seem to be in their database, and that I probably uploaded this review to the wrong apartment complex. No, this is the right apartment complex (I’m not providing my name). The Abbey At Enclave. save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere."
"I had the pleasure of speaking with Paul when I called for information on an apt and he was very polite and courteous. He helped me with all my questions and concerns. I was able to get a tour with him as well and have to say this has been the best experience I’ve had with any apt complex and their services. I would highly recommend coming by and ask for Paul. Thanks again!"
"From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the friendly and professional staff. Monica in particular was outstanding! She was incredibly knowledgeable about the different units and amenities, and she took the time to answer all my questions patiently and thoroughly. In short, I couldn't have asked for a better experience at. If you're looking for a place to call home, I highly suggest checking it out! And be sure to ask for Monica ."
"I was there a couple of weeks ago to inquire about their floor plans and pricing and Paul was incredible! As soon as I walked in I felt his friendly energy and presence. He was very professional but was also very personable and seemed eager and excited to show me around. The property was pretty clean and quiet when I was there, but ultimately the area was a bit out of my way as I’m looking for something closer to my job. However, Paul made the shopping around really fun and memorable!! Ask for him!!"
