"WARNING! Read before you apply here! I applied here a week ago and I spoke with “B”, I explained to her that I have bad credit, she said normally they just make you pay an additional deposit if your credit is bad. Then when I mentioned I only wanted to lease for 6 months her entire demeanor changed. So then I get a call a week later saying I was denied due to screening. When I talked to KJ (manager) he said it was due to my credit (which the only thing on my credit is my CREDIT CARDS), and that I’ve been leasing with other properties with ease. I literally meet EVERY requirement and make waaaaaay more than the asking rent, however I was STILL denied no matter what. They say “we normally make you pay an additional deposit if your credit is bad” that’s a LIE, you will be DENIED. Even if you offer to pay the full rent as a deposit you’re still DENIED. So before applying here, take these things into consideration: if you’re looking for a 6 month lease your automatically DENIED, if you have any credit card debt on your credit you’re automatically DENIED, if you have an old repossession from 5/6 years ago you’re automatically DENIED, if you call to check the status of your application your automatically DENIED, it doesn’t matter how much info they ask from you so that they can “act” like they’re looking into it at the end of the day your still going to be DENIED. I’m a young professional and I work in data science however I chose these apts because I have friends and family that live there and they said it was very affordable, however after providing EVERYTHING they’ve asked of me I STILL got denied because they said I have CC debt but in actuality they just didn’t want me to have the unit I selected so they denied. I’ve even spoken with Commerce Capital (corporate) and they said in this situation it would be the manager’s discretion to approve or not, but when I told the manager that he STILL gave me the run around. If you have any of the above don’t waste your time here, take your time and money somewhere else!!! LESSON LEARNED!!!"
"Why would the apartments have the pool closed on a Sunday? The one day of the week people can actually go as a family UPDATE:SERIOUSLY!!! They even changed their time hours to the pool, with this Texas heat everyone will want to go to the pool after 5:30. It’s currently 6pm and my toddler and I can’t even enjoy the pool. All the rent we pay and can’t even enjoy the “amenities”. 9/25/2023 My husband’s truck was stolen, that’s right a whole big Chevy Silverado truck STOLEN literally outside my building inside the apartments and how ironic it was that I was robbed when the “security” was out for the night. I bet my money the management is involved and like always they won’t help out or seem like they care, but god forbid I leave my trash out cause they will sure charge you a $50 penalty. Im exhausted here literally can’t wait to run out of here as soon as my lease is up. Save yourself the headache please and find another please to live."
"Seems like the ones who post highly positive reviews are mainly hispanics and for the most part English is not their first language, a give away. The fact that the percentage of bad reviews is almost as high as the good review sis a good sign for further review. Also, those who lived there a few weeks to only a few months ago, have the same complaints as those who lived there a year or more ago, even though the programmed responses from management claim to improve those horrible situations. Go figure that one out. The particular problems seem to be the same for most of the residents and they should be blatant violations of any regulatory Housing Authorities. The management need to be replaced with decent, honest hardworking people who are respectful of others and their jobs instead of favorite their own kind of trash. VERY DISAPPOINTING. Hopefully no one in their right mind would want to pay to live in that pig sty posing as a glowing facade. If no one live there, the owner would go broke and be forced to improve their services. People need to stand up and pay more attention to the little things and the big things will take care of itself. Know that things are not always what it seems, and beautiful pictures of outside property with models of inside do not represent the whole picture. Check out the details first before you buy, just like buying something in the store. You won't close your eyes and buy rotten fruit because the picture looks enticing, you'd want to see it touch it feel it, first. Same for anything else ESPECIALLY a place in which you want to reside, to make your home, for a long time. Talk to random current tenants and read all reviews with discernment before selection. that's what I'm doing. And I'd never live in filth nor among the crooked."
"This place is roach infested badly and had pest control come out every week in our unit #19, and they were still roaches bad. They tow cars all the time. Maintenance take forever to fix things. The apartment complex have stray cats horribly. Everyone has moved near my unit because of the infestation. Also when I move the manager decided to hit me with a 6000 charge when I paid my rent on time and gave a 60 day notice. They added all types of charges falsely. Please do not move here please and someone got shot near the washer and died. If you love dog poop, roaches, rude management, noisy neighbors and did I say more roaches I’m taking about when you sleep they fall on you. So glad I moved to Katy in a house peaceful and no rodents. Loved here for 3 years to long."
"Honestly, great apartment complex! Calm neighborhood! Great neighbors/community! Management responds almost immediately to all your questions or concerns! Pool is beautiful! Gym and other amenities are great! Complex outside is always clean! Security at night to make sure everything is as safe as possible. I appreciate that they updated the visitor passes. Managers and ladies in the office are so so kind. Thank you for the awesome experience here!"
