"I have lived here since June of 2023 and my experience has been that the whole staff really cares about their tenants! From the very beginning, I was treated like family! Darius was a wonderful agent for me along with Adrian (wish he would come back!), Melissa and William! A great team! It had been years since I had to move into an apartment and they helped me make that transition so seamless and offered guidance as to making good moving decisions and just made sure I had all the necessary info to make good decisions. I have not regretted anything yet and actually have upgraded and moved into a new unit! When I have maintenance requests it is taken care of immediately. When I have questions about billing or amenity availability, all I have to do is just ask. Looking forward to a long residence here. Very well worth the decision to move here! And as if it could not get any better, now they have even more staff members that just act immediately when you need them! They truly care and want you to feel like this is your home! I love it! "Currently I have just completed one year in these apartments. My experience during this time has been really excellent. They are very quiet apartments, I never felt unsafe. Packages can stay at your door for up to more than a week, you'll never lose them. The maintenance service has helped me when I needed it and has really been very kind. With the office staff I am more than grateful, in particular with William Walker, from the first moment we went to him he was always very helpful, very patient. He always answered my questions, he always tried to help me give me a solution, for the first time I felt that he mattered as a tenant and I am very grateful to him. I would not hesitate to renew again. Thank you"

"This is a decent place to live with your family. The office staff are not so great. The greeters don’t greet and everyone, but Eugene has no customer service whatsoever. The maintenance people have better customer service. I believe the staff needs to take a group customer service workshop. No one really bothers you around here, they have about 3+ HPD officers that live here and patrol. It’s in the middle of the hood and the rich folk so it’s a good mix. Everything you would need is close by. They have a great gym just wish it was 24hrs, the pet spa is awesome! It’s a huge complex but it’s surprisingly pretty quite. Make sure to check The A/C have them do a deep clean of the apartment and another round of pest control. I just want to make it clear and known that the only reason I decided to live here and give this place 4 stars is because of Eugene, he will make sure you are in the best possible location for you and yours. That man should be running the office he will definitely make sure that everyone has excellent customer service. Thank you again Eugene for all that you have done and continue to do. Also please fix the gates on the opposite side of the myriad, these gates are always having issues."
