"An extremely safe apartment complex and the office staff are kind as well. Leaving 3 stars because the water quality is BEYOND poor and I’ve put in 3 work orders about it just to be told “that’s how the water in Houston is” 2. I signed my lease to pay $1615 in rent and got a charge of $59 due to the entire buildings water usage being split so that charge streams from everyone in the building splitting water which is not fair. As a United States military veteran I don’t feel like this is right."

"Edited to add a one-year update: A whole year has passed and I am still delighted to live here. Maintenance is legitimately responsive and someone from the office always calls to follow up and ensure everything was taken care of promptly and correctly. The difference between being a resident here compared to my previous complex has been night and day. I feel valued, my voice matters, and the people I interact with, whether neighbours, maintenance, or office folks, have all been kind, friendly, and courteous. This move was the best decision I've made in a long time. I'm only sorry it took me so long to make it! ----- Anthony Galloway was the leasing agent who took me on my tour of Avana Eldridge and not only was he knowledgeable, upfront about answering my questions about past flooding and other concerns I had, he was able to answer absolutely all of my questions. He is a big part of why I ended up applying at Avana Eldridge and I am looking forward to moving in at the end of the year. The property is gorgeous and the amenities are exactly what I was looking for. Update from 6/23/23: I couldn't be happier! The location is amazing, there are so many great restaurants and shops nearby, the staff are so friendly and responsive, and it's a well-maintained property. This is truly the peaceful oasis I have been needing for years!"
