Idlewood Park Apartments

"I can’t express how excited I am that my lease will be ending soon at these apartments. When I say these people lie about having the maintenance request completed I mean they lie 100 percent. You have to keep submitting a new one again and again until the job gets properly done or should I say until you complain about it to them is when it actually gets done. For example I didn’t know this but when you call after hours they will tell you they will send someone but no they have to get the ok from the manager first, so when the toilet overflowed they told Nora and she completely ignored it and no one ever came out. I literally had to get as many towels as I could to clean up the mess that day. The second time it happened it was close to the time they were going to open so I myself went to the maintenance to tell them to look at it and that is how it was cleaned up the second time. Also they will promise you to give you an update at a certain date or time and you will never hear from them again until you complain again. I mean the emails say it all. My list goes on but I will leave it as it is. Honestly if I can give it a negative star I would have done so. If things would have been repaired properly and the manager would have called me with an honest update it would have been really nice but she does not care at all. Oh and corporate doesn’t listen to you either. I also have videos but it does not allow me to add them. I’m just done complaining. The only person that has been very nice and understanding is Alejandra."

"Management is horrible, no one ever picks up their dogs poop, the parking is horrible especially when it rains, mud everywhere. They always have water leaks/problems. They don't explain how to pay the rent properly. Don't move here, you're probably better off across the street, their apartments look way better. I can't wait until my lease is over so i can move out."
