"I have been living here since March. Since then there has been a few breaks in, they have sent the same generic email. No water about three times and no power once. If you go to the gym machines are always broken, one has been broken with a sign not to use for weeks. The pool is always dirty, they clean in on Mondays if you don’t go right after cleaning is better not to. The gate has been broken several times but at least it gets fixed right after. They sponsor a cleaning agency and don’t care about the countless complaints on the BBB website. It’s overpriced and they don’t clean. (Spruce is the company’s name, Google it). Camden is known for their residents activities- none here. There was a food truck like a week ago, but that was it. Rent? Super high, you expect to get what you pay for but it doesn’t happen here. They hired a security person, but he’s always sleeping or watching tv. Overall I’m not sure if I am going to complete my lease, worse apartment complex I have ever lived in. Oh and if you decide to move here get a door camera, some people have also put cameras on their balcony. I gave three stars cause the apartments are beautiful and like someone else wrote no noise complaints and maintenance is great."
