"Decent mid-level apartments however have been known to allow tenants back unpaid rent to run up extraordinarily high let's just say above 10,000 before sending eviction quite ridiculous sometimes it can take a while for the repairman to come fix repairs and the laundry room is always locked however it does have a beautiful pool and I love the fact that it has a free car wash available to its tenants as well as a small dog park and playground for children"

"While I was unable to lease with these apartments due to the requirement that I must have been employed for a minimum of 6 months, the patience and courtesy that Marty extended to me really makes me wish I had the chance to rent with them. I'm in the process of making a big move from across the country to Houston, and as a first-time renter at that. I have found that most receptionists and office staff that I've contacted in Houston seemed almost annoyed by my inquiries. Marty was the first person I spoke to that was pleasant, and remained so even after discovering that I was unable to rent with them. I have since found an apartment to rent with, but even their service doesn't compare to what I received from Harper's Mill Apartments. Hopefully one day in the future I'll get the chance to lease here!"

"I understand the recent complications covid-19 has caused but I'm not understanding why no one has been answering the phones or responding to my messages. I've followed every instruction and have called during their advertised business hours multiple times only to be hung up on, ignored and disregarded. As someone who was extremely excited to move here I find myself extremely disappointed and forced to look elsewhere for my next home."

"It was my first apartment and I absolutely loved it there everyone was so nice very community feeling..everyone decorated for holidays I was so happy they let me decorate my yard I had inflatables and everything.the staff that work there are amazing...the ladies at the front Marcy and yazmin were just the best landlords you will ever have....I would not have moved if not for family issues came up but if I ever need and apartment I will always go back...plus it survived Hurricane Harvey no damages or power outages!!!! "I am still a Resident here, i Just moved in about 3 months ago and so far i hate this apartments! everything was great at the beginning, even though there was a lot of roaches and i had to clean the apartment again and cover all the wholes in the wall. After that it seem a little quiet and i felt safe but then one morning i woke up with out tires! worst thing that could happen and suppose there is surveillance cameras not true they only have them in the gate and it only takes pictures of the plates when i ask to view them! they said they could not show me the cameras! anyways i report the incident and they never did anything those apartments are ghetto and has no security what so ever. By the way they never answer their phones what service is that!!"
