"My mother in law moved in 2 Months ago. 2 days after moving in, WE went into the office to let them Know the fridge is loud and not cooling. We were told a maintenance would come out in 24-48 hours. Nothing happened. We’re now at 2 Months and 4-5 complaints of this same fridge and still nothing. Now her food and drinks (she’s on a special diet due to her health) are all going bad. Add that with this disgusting roach infestation- completely disgusting. Rude management team in the office doesn’t care but we’ll be reporting this. Don’t move here- counting the days until Her lease is up."
"I have been a resident at this complex for many years. I am quite pleased with current management, Ms. Ceron, she upholds what she says and that is important to me as a tenant. I am pleased that the property is turning around for the better and it shows how they offer things for the children and also tenant appreciation efforts. This is good for the culture of us because it beongs us together as neighbors. Thanks for all you do Verandas Staff!"
