"Zero! Please read it before coming here! If you like to live with cockroaches in your kitchen, do not waste time. This is THE place! I emailed multiple times to the management, spent ton of money on products, requested numerous maintenances through their website and they came, but the problem is still there. This place is very noisy, you can not sleep or rest because you can hear Upstair and side neighbors walking running and making all kinds of crazy sounds and drops. The management? Doesn't do ANYTHING! They are so crazy that they put a family with small kids on the 3rd floor . So when they run all day, you can enjoy their foot stamps! You basically have to get up and sleep with your neighbors. And every time they go to the rest room upstairs they wake you up too! That is how crazy these walls and floors are. Please do not waste your money and loose peace here."

"If there was an option to give 0 stars, I would. My partner and I applied to this apartment a few months ago, fully aware that our application fee would be non-refundable. Little did we know it would be a complete waste of money and time. After submitting our application, we waited patiently, expecting to hear back within a reasonable timeframe. However, weeks passed, and we heard nothing. We tried reaching out to the apartment complex over 25 times, hoping to get an update on our application status. Each time we called, we were given the same excuse: "our approving manager is on vacation." Naively, we believed them and continued to wait patiently for almost two months, hoping to receive a decision on our application. However, to our dismay, we never heard anything back. They took our money without providing us with the basic courtesy of informing us whether our application was approved, rejected, or waitlisted. This apartment complex is by far the worst business I have ever encountered. Their lack of communication, disregard for their customers, and unprofessionalism are appalling. I sincerely hope that their business fails one day so that others don't have to endure the same frustrating experience. Save yourself the trouble and do not believe anything they promise. Stay away from this place at all costs."

"If i could give this review 0 stars i would. I've had an incredibly frustrating time living at this apartment complex. Despite multiple work orders, the baseboards and bathroom sink flooring were never fixed. The establishment even tried to shift the blame onto me for these unresolved issues. Cars get broken into at night. Definitely not a safe place. What's worse, the management's lack of concern for tenants is glaring. The office consistently closes earlier than the posted hours, making it nearly impossible to get assistance. It's evident that their priorities lie solely in collecting rent rather than ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of residents. Save yourself the trouble and stay far away from this place. The unprofessionalism, negligence, and lack of genuine care for tenants make it not worth the hassle or time. Look elsewhere for a more reliable and tenant-friendly living environment. I could go on and on but just to save you some time DO NOT LIVE HERE."

"During apartment shopping decided to stop in and ask to see apartment, and monthly specials. Was met at the door by Anna, very friendly. She made it easy and clear about promotions. Will definitely consider moving here in the future, and recommend to others."

"Almost the worst place ever. Cars constantly being broken into and tires stolen. I was harassed almost a year by my downstairs neighbor because I had a two year who was busy. Leasing office did nothing and said I can only change units if I downsized to a one bed. Maribel MCMANN is the worse. I really don’t understand how she still has a job. Everyone in the office lacks compassion and empathy. Units are old and outdated. Don’t waste your money when you can go to the luxury apartments across the street for the same price if not lower !! They also recently had a shooting over there killing someone. Not worth it especially for what they are charging."
