"I have lived in this place for almost two months, my husband and I are very disappointed on how the apartment was given to us, we had signed our contract in September and we were going to get our apartment by December , that gave them a total of 3 months to at least fix the apartment. When we got here we found holes in the restroom , the stove was awful. I had told Denise and she said that well they only had a week to fix I let it slide and went on . Not even on the first night I began seeing huge bugs everywhere. I told them they said they were going to send someone over, nobody came my husband decided to cover them and now they are gone. But yesterday something happened that crossed the line. My husband saw a rat in our restroom, we decided to put traps out and we catch it this morning. It came from the boiler room yet again from another hole there was. Went to speak to the office people said they were going to send someone to cover the whole . Still waiting on it , but mind you they weren’t even surprised there were rats. I’m so disappointed in this service if I would of know there was this situation I would never leased . Honestly they should do better in these types of stuff ."

"Cindy made finding our apartment a BREEZE! She was very informative and communicative throughout the application process. She also went above and beyond when we decided to transfer to a bigger apartment. She was so patient with us! Overall, management is amazing. We are super excited to move-in."

"These apartments are unsafe, unclean, and the staff is unprofessional. My car was stolen from the property and instead of doing the right thing and alerting the community the management did nothing. I don't know how many cars have been stolen from here or break ins have occurred because management does not care about its residents enough to inform them of these happenings. These apartments are dangerous. I just got a refund from my insurance company for moving to a safer area. There is dog droppings all over the complex, on the stairs, hallways, et c. You name it, there's probably dog feces there. They also allow any breed of dog so those with young children be ware. Lastly, the staff is super unprofessional. Whenever I'd ask a question they would answer with a question... There are better (and probably safer) apartments in the area. I really liked the island counter the apartment came with but it was not worth dealing with shady management and an unsafe community. BONUS: It takes a while for maintenance requests to be honored so if you need something done you'll have to call/go to the front desk and remind them that you've put in a request."

The maintenance team is outstanding, addressing any issues promptly and professionally. The amenities are well-maintained, contributing to a comfortable and enjoyable living environment. "This is my first apartment and let me just say I’m in love with Volterra. When I took a tour of it I loved how I was lucky enough to tour the apartment I was going to be living in. The apartment met all of my needs/wants. When I went in for the tour Ricardo the leasing agent helped me and he was amazing. He kept me updated and informed and responded quickly when I had any questions or confusion. They even have food trucks that come to the apartment! I would recommend Volterra to anyone. The community and bedrooms are gorgeous and the employees are amazing!"
