"Vino is very helpful. She is wonderful customer services representative. She guided very well. She has the ability to mold the customer his/her mind. Arene, Britney and Kayla they are liar. They put the resident in trouble and not resolve the issue. Their attitude is very bad they are not competent for this job. The building is full of cockroaches, small insects and mouse. The building # 9, 10 & 26 is fully effected by the mouse and they are not paying any attention to these issues. There is a security issues in the parking at night. No security cameras around the building or in parking lot. Main Gate is out of order from so many years. The washing area is also too dirty. Most of the washing and Dryer machines are out of order. -Shaheen Ahmed"

"If I could put zero stars, I would. They deleted my review because I exposed them about the bug infestation that they had. I stayed here and I had nothing in my apartment. The first month I moved in. I automatically started seeing millions of roaches in my apartment after they fix my AC after months of begging it's like it made the problem worse AND THEY DID NOTHING. ! I BEGGED AND BEGGED THEM TO CALL AN EXTERMINATOR SOMETHING . MY APARTMENT WAS LITERALLY EMPTY NO FURNITURE OR ANYTHING ! I WAS SCARED TO BUY FURNITURE BECAUSE I DIDNT WANT ROACHES ALL IN MY STUFF ! I BROKE MY LEASE AFTER 6 MONTHS OF LIVING THERE BECAUSE IT WAS TO A POINT WHERE I COULDNT SLEEP BECAUSE ROACHES WERE CRAWLING ON ME ! It will be days where I would go to get me something to drink in the middle of the night and I turn on my kitchen light in us 1000 roaches crawling on the floor on the walls everywhere. The stuff that is sprayed on the stove is because I was trying to kill the roaches that day and I wanted to take pictures that is not oil or anything on my stove that is bug spray. (I POSTED THIS FOR MY YOUNGER SIBLING WHO WAS A RECENT TENANT HERE)"
