"It's the worst apartment complex I have ever seen here in Houston. The management is bad and not helpful. The apartment full of insects. And not clean The people who cut the grass always do it early in the morning and i come late at night from work which means i can't sleep because of the grass cutting machine noise. It's not comfortable to stay here. I wouldn't recommend it for anyone"
"I do not recommend this apartment, I currently live here but I plan to move. On February 14, a thief came to my office to carry out an inspection, if you can call it that, she stole a 14k Italian gold chain from me and I had it on the side of my bed. mecita only she entered my room my chain disappeared. I will upload a photo of her on all the networks so that you can get to know her. She is a thief lady and when I confronted her she told me to move if I didn't like it and she gave me the finger. I pay my rent to live, not so they can steal the little I have. The maintenance staff is more honest than the office staff. and the manager told me that she had no control over those who steal as employees, what a shame but oh well. God looks at everything"
"Absolutely would not recommend these apartments. Lived here a few years back and had to write a review after seeing them jump up on pricing. Around 2017 or 2018 time my family and I moved into here. Amazing neighbors and it’s was great while it lasted… we would constantly see palm sized spiders and roaches in our apartment. After a while the office staff would get annoyed with us putting in requests for a big man to come out and he would rarely come when needed. A neighbor we would speak to each day and told us about her situation which was that her apartment was infested with bed bugs and she would only go home to shower and change clothes. Soon enough after my best friend had come over to the house she woke up the next day with weird welt looking marks on her body. We immediately went to an emergency doctor and they classified it as bed bug bites. My family and I were so distraught. We knew they had crawled through the building to our apartment. After going through a whole situation with the office when it was time to renew our lease they told us we would not be allowed to due to ‘the bed bug’. My family had to do our own bug bombing and clean up instead of the apartments taking action for their own bug infested buildings."
"I don’t recommend this apartment complex to anyone, the attitude of the office staff is just ridiculous. So many things wrong with the apartment when you move in but they charge you for when you leave. They never gave me my deposit back because of things wrong with the apartment that they had wrong when we move there. Roach infested like crazy no matter how many traps we set or how much we cleaned. They have rats in several buildings not just one. An apartment is supposed to give notice when entering & they never did, they would just go in without consent or without a notice in advance. Don’t move here, even if it’s an emergency and you need somewhere to go , it’s honestly not worth your mental health and money."
"Overall the maintenance is the best, however they make u pay $10 extra to park and the parking spaces aren't even covered. Why should the residents have to pay to park their vehicle where they live and are not assigned a parking and visitor spot for the price of rent paid, on top of utilities and water? In addition to this they r going up on the rent with out posting notices on the residents doors, but r instead informing the residents when they come n to renew their lease. So many residents r n the process of moving. Someone is moving up stairs as I type."
