"Updated: September 21, 2023 There was miscommunication from the time I mentioned about the AC not being fixed or worked on but they fixed it by replacing the entire AC unit and now it's ridiculously cold (a good problem to have). Sometimes, you just have to make sure everyone is on the same page before getting upset. By far, it's been one of the best apartment units I've ever lived in. It's super quiet, neighbors are great, and super peaceful. I'd move back to these apartments if I ever needed a place to reconsider. I call Brighton the Hidden Gem of Houston. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I'd give this place 6 stars if I could. We all have issues at times but it's nothing that can't be fixed. [Date: July 22, 2022] My apartment's AC wasn't working last month (June) and the maintenance guy came buy an made it out to say that it wasn't true."

"I appreciate this apartment leasing office so much. I came all the way from Dallas and needed to move in ASAP and they helped me get in quickly. They allowed me to tour the apartment and was honest about any issues it had and even gave me the option to change units before I signed my lease. I’ve been here for almost a week and I have no issues. The apartment is quiet and around a lot of stores you may need (Walmart, HEB, etc)"

"These apartments have been great for me so far. I have no complaints! It’s quiet and clean. I don’t hear about any break ins in units or cars. There’s also always parking which is a plus. Also, walls are NOT paper thin like these new apartments they are building around. Maintenance is also great and front office is always kind and helpful."

"I have been living her for a little over a month. It is quiet and clean. I would give 5 stars if thats all I took into consideration. My major problem so far has been them getting my apartment unit ready. I was approved for my apartment unit Oct 6th. I was told the unit would be ready for move in the earliest Nov 1st. I could move any anytime between the 1st and the 15th. I told them the 1st was my move in day and then changed it to the 5th the same day. I called the Friday before Nov 1st to see the earliest I could move in. They told me the 3rd. On November 3rd, I called them to ensure their would be someone in the office so I could pay my deposit. Only to be told my unit wasn’t ready. THEY WAITED TO MOVEIN DAY TO TELL ME MY UNIT WASN'T READY. Then Carlos informed me he would call me hourly to keep me informed on the progress of my unit. HE DID NOT CALL ME BACK. I took off work, had friends and movers ready to help. He told me he would call me Thursday to update me. I called the office around 4pm no one answered the phone. I continued calling. NO RESPONSE, the office was closed. Friday, I called the office. Only to be told excuse about “how big the property is” ,“ they are dealing with a lot of people moving in/out”, etc. IF YOU KNEW THIS YOU SHOULD HAVE BEEN HONEST ABOUT MY MOVE IN DAY. I SHOULD HAVE BEEN INFORMED PRIOR TO KOVING IN IT COST ME MONEY AND TIME. I moved in on the Nov 5th, Friday. I was told the unit was ready but they are waiting on doors. At this point I was just happy to finally move in. I was told they would me installed soon. After weeks of harassing them they finally installed them today, Dec 16th. They had OVER two months to get closet doors and this is what they install. The doors are DIRTY, DINGY, YELLOW, just nasty overall . I thought maybe they were temporary. Ms. Kimberly told me they are permanent. I am over having to call them them for information. THEY SHOULD BE THE ONES TO COMMUNICATE WITH ME. Also I will include pictures of my windowsill. Its just incredibly gross."
