Territory at Greenhouse

"When I first moved here 3 months ago, I thought the property was nice & was in a rush to move. Now I wish I would’ve NEVER moved here. My oven stopped working on Christmas Day AND my dryer. Then a few days to follow the glass thing that covers the light bulb on the ceiling fan shattered in my daughters room in the middle of the night. Thankfully she was sleeping in my room that night. Not one leasing agent or manager addressed it with me & just sent a maintenance man to fix it like no big deal. I still would like an explanation on how this apt unit was poorly looked at before move in … like why would it shatter?! How unsafe is that?! The gate is always broken. You only get one key fob but if you want another one it’ll be $500. It takes forever to have someone help you back in if you do get locked out. I asked for the regular key and Jasmine said they don’t provide those anymore and said they need to MONITOR OUR INS & OUTS. Why does an apt have to know when you enter and exit your own apt?! This place is way overpriced for what you get."

"I moved here about 5 months ago and I love it!! When I first did my tour, the lady in the office, Jasmin was so very helpful. She was patient and helped me with everything that I needed to have a smooth move in day. Jasmin is such a delight, she’s still helping me with questions that I might have and I ask a lot of questions. If you’re looking for somewhere to live, this is your place. It’s quiet, safe, and the front office staff is amazing!"

"I strongly recommend against choosing this apartment complex. When I first moved in, my place was really dirty with spider webs, spiders, and dirt. The dishwasher was gross, smelled weird, and had stuff at the bottom that won't come off no matter how much I clean it. I gave up using it. There are more problems outside my unit. The front gate always breaks, and there's dog poop and trash everywhere. Stray cats wander around too. They only give you one key fob, and if you want a second one for emergencies, you have to pay $100. If you lock yourself out after the office is closed, you're out of luck. The maintenance service isn't good either. The people fixing things are always rude. When I complained about the weird taste of my fridge's ice and water, the maintenance guy said he wouldn't change the filter because he didn't see anything in the ice or water. I've only been here a few months, and I'm stuck for a while. I don't want others to make the same mistake I did. This place has lots of problems, and it's not worth it. Look for a better place to live."

"We just moved and so far the place is great. Quiet. We are in a floor plant and everything is quiet, clean and management is willing to help you or guide you trough everything you need. People next doors seems to be nice also. Pet friendly, my puppy is loving the place too, they have a park for pets and you can groom them there."
