"I am a little late but better late than never. I have to give a huge shout out to Ernesto! He is the maintenance guy at my apartments. I sent in a work order for my dryer last week. But since I was having them come I decided to add a few other things (very small to be fixed which I continued to forget to ask for maintenance to come, my kitchen drawer, running toilet, and broken vent in hall bathroom). Well Ernesto came the very next day and fixed everything to perfection and I feel as though he did it with a smile. Thank you Ernesto and to the apartment complex for keeping me a happy customer."

"Our first night here we heard gunshots but the place looks calm so we will see how it goes. There is not enough parking for this many apartments and very few spots for people with disabilities ( I feel like they make it that way so you pay for a carport ) but I could be wrong.. Our leasing consultant was Hope. She was very professional and answered all of our questions."

"If I really had the option to rate this place, I would not even give single star. Since management changed, things have been fallen apart and they are unable to keep up. Water out once in two weeks and lately nowdays, sometime they inform us sometimes not. Called them multiple times in over 6+ months, they never come on the line and when you go into the office to report them they say their phone is down for this long.... ridiculous. I have lived here for few year now but can surely say I am waiting for my lease to end so I can find better place, parking is always an issue, rent has been raised alot higher. I would not recommend this place anymore. Old management was much better than today's reality."

"I have stayed at the Enclave for two years and I give my stay and experience a 3.5 out of 10. For starters parking is horrible. Also they have switched to a new management without letting the residents know nothing about the changes . Then you call to speak with the manager and she’s never there which is false because I have seen her a few times going to her car anf I called just to see if they was going to lie. I can say that the maintenance are cool and they do they job well but some of the staff in the office need to be trained a little more on customer service."

"When I say good quality I'm referring to the appliances and the upgrades. The parking is not good and this the first time I ever lived anywhere were parking is so bad. It's no where for your guest to park and you can't even have a family gathering for holidays. I've never stayed downstairs and the only reason I am is because my health issues. This will be the last and final time I will because people don't have respect that someone stays underneath them. Nothing is ever done about my complaints, so I will have to work on getting myself together so I can purchase me a house. Just a little while longer. I hope others have had a better experience, but I must say I really love my apartment. It's just everything else. God Bless,"
