"Update: I love this community it’s so quiet and clean and safe I love it !!!! I just recently did an Application with rhina Sorry if I spelled her name wrong she she was a sweetheart. The whole office honestly is very nice. They’re willing to help you. They understand if you had a problem in the past they really go beyond their way to help you. Rena sat with me and she looked for what I was looking for she was helping me budget and she showed me and told me the apartments she gave me After. I would really hope that I am able to stay in these apartments until I move. These ladies were awesome. They went beyond to help me."

"Love, love, love it here! We probably wouldn’t move until we are ready to buy our own home or rent a larger place when it’s time. We love it here! Love the staff and our apartment home. They have always worked with us when needed and are always adding new features and safety measures. You won’t be disappointed! Close to 290 with easy access and tons of stores and food places nearby. We definitely got more than what we bargained for here. Zoned to great schools and nestled in a great neighborhood! Jennifer is the best!"

"I rented a One Bedroom One Bath apartment. It was a great experience. If my apartment ever had any issues, maintenance was quick to resolve any problems. We had an air conditioning issue a day after move in date, that was a deal breaker for me, BUT to my surprise, they gave me a date of repair a week out, and ended up fixing the problem a day later. Best AC I’ve had in any apartment complex. The office staff are very friendly and helpful. Jennifer and her team are amazing. Constantly looking for ways to improve the community. If I have one complaint, it would be the gym. Some of there equipment was broken when I moved in, but they managed to fix it pretty quick. The only thing that never was fixed was the treadmills. I guess I can sorta understand why it wouldn’t be fixed….maybe because It’s kinda hard to duplicate the problem…..I don’t know. The treadmills shut down after about 5 min of continuous running. Anybody that just turns it on and off would never know the machines are defective. Overall great experience here!"

"Great starter apartment, I lived here for 3 years. When you move out do NOT use their cleaning crew. Clean the apartment yourself and hire someone else. They will add hidden fees if you use their cleaning crew. I had a fish tank that left a ring of dust/dirt and was charged an additional $50. My blush spilled on the counter and was also charged $50 (it’s cheaper to just use a Clorox wipe yourself). You are better off cleaning the apartment yourself because they will add hidden cleaning fees. If you have a pet and pay the pet deposit, it will not be used towards your final bill. It is best to not own an animal while staying here. When you move out the hidden fees will be an additional $500-$600. Do not use their “special” $80 cleaning move out special (not worth it). The ladies at front the office are very helpful and kind whenever you need assistance with anything. Also, avoid 3rd floor apartments because they get very very hot in the summer and the AC cannot cool the 3rd level or loft (80+°inside during the summer). This apartment has older AC units that cannot keep up with the Texas heat. Shop around for apts with newer AC units. Maintenance is super quick on work orders and the pool is usually kept clean in the summers which is a plus! Safety was a concern for my child and I. 1-3 car break ins per month and cars left on bricks, or catalytic converters stolen. Do not walk outside at night, these apartment are not safe after dark. Other than that you can find larger apartments in the area for the prices they charge here with attached garages. Shop around and take the time to find a better option."

"Lived in a two bed & two bath with a loft on the 3rd floor for about 6 months (may-October) and it’s been pretty good. Windows make it hot but also the high ceiling do too but we just bought tint to make it work. Maintenance was always very quick to respond to any issues. The parking lot is a little scary lol people drive very fast and careless, usually on their phones never looking up. We didn’t use any amenities except for the pool table once it was fun. They upgraded the door locks to a Digital Touch pad which is cool for any guest coming over, and they made one of the a/c units (our apartment had two) a smart thing where you can control it through your phone! Also when we first moved in there were some little roaches here and there but once we bought a roach killing gel and put it on all the outlets they were gone! We chose this apartment due to the reviews and we’ve been very happy living here. Packages that are deliver to the door are 90% never stolen, we’ve seen first floor neighbors have packages outside their door for days! And they’re never touched. Also fair warning there a lot of construction going on at Eldridge road so it can get a bit hectic but if you use the back gate it’s a lot calmer. And to open the gates you use an app on your phone which was kind of negative because if your phone dies you’re out of luck."
