"I lived there for a year and half when I first moved down from CA to Houston in 2021. It was a pleasant experience; the place is very nice and clean, the staff are super friendly, kind and great in customer service. They made me feel welcome every single day. Patricia, the manager is a star, she goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable! I definitely recommend this place. Lots of great pros and honestly no cons for me, not even 1."

"My husband, dog, and I have lived here for several months. We love the staff and they always say hi to our dog, very friendly environment. Any issues that have come up, have been addressed quickly. Every place has it's good points and bad. We choose to stay here for good reason. 98% of our neighbors have been great. We rarely hear the 4 people that live above us. The whole property is relatively quiet and well behaved."
