"I want to say that Rosemary has been a superb manager of our complex. I have been here over 10 years and only because of her management. She makes sure maintenance issues are addressed promptly. She will be truly missed. I am truly concerned about the complex when Rosemary and our security guard Van leave because they are concerned about the tenants and our safety. Sad day for me."
