"We moved here a month back and will share my experience so far- #1 Management: Team here is approachable, they are good listeners, I never felt like they are trying to run away from their responsibilities. Kudos to team ( Dustin, Christian and Alanna) #2 Maintenance: It seems they are overwhelmed with requests, need more staffing. But things get fixed. A big shout out to Anthony and Luis. The only thing I feel need to be improved is parking. There is no regulation or control, who can park and how many spots per apartment, especially when spots are limited."

"Alanna was amazing! Very detail oriented and thorough in explaining all of the potential units that were available, along with specific amenities and features that some units would include/exclude. As well as, the possible geographical locations of each unit in reference to our requests. It was reassuring to know we were being given honest and credible advice in comparison to a rep who just wants to get you into a lease. Thank you Alanna!"

"EDIT: When we first moved in we had a number of things missing or needing repair, but the leasing office was very eager to address these concerns with us to resolve all the issues. (Especially Alanna, we love her!) They sent maintenance over and the majority of issues were solved in the first visit and they continued to send maintenance over until everything was resolved! We truly love living here and everyone in the leasing office is very welcoming and ready to help! I'm certain other tenants feel the same way. The apartments are just beautiful and the whole complex is pretty peaceful and quiet. We love living here!"

"Alanna was a great help when I came to view the property! I came without an appointment, but she was more than welcoming and accommodating. She took her time answering all my questions and gave me a thorough tour despite it starting after office hours. The property itself is nicely kept and quiet. The facilities are modern, and there seemed to be many leisure activities available for residents to enjoy. I have not signed yet, but this property is high on my list of a potential future home :)"

"I waited until I was in my place for a full month to place a review here. I wanted to make an honest review. As far as the community, I’m very pleased with it. The ducks give it a welcoming feel. I also love how diverse it is here. Honestly, this is not a bad place to live. The only thing I would say is not so good is; my low water pressure and the limited parking spaces when everyone is home. Your best bet would to rent with a car port or garage so you don’t have to worry about that but that’s not necessarily a takeaway for me. I can deal with that."
