"THEY STOLE MY DEPOSIT AND WILL NOT RETURN MY PPHONE CALL OR ANSWER MY CALLS. Before my move in date August 15th 2023 I called to inform them 2 weeks before stating I wanted to change my move in date. No returned call. I called again one week before my move in date. No returned call. I call after my move in date passed and they said they have been busy and will return my call and provide me with a new unit. NO RETURNED CALL. They have switched employees at least 4 times and it is November. I have 4 kids to take care of and this company just kept my money like it was a fee $400 dollars. I contacted them in the month of November to see if a unit was available to use my deposit. NO RETURNED CALL."

"Firstly, I would like to say that the new property manager MISTY has been very polite and understanding through all of my issues. She will listen to you with compassion and understanding and work with you to help resolve any issues. That being said, there are many issues outside of her control… Very shady neighbors and dismissive management. Neighbors leaving drugs and drug paraphernalia all around my unit. Stray cats roaming entire property. Dog feces in every “grassy” area. So much so that the odor is almost unbearable. VERY unfriendly neighbors. They have woken me from my sleep between 1am and 4am multiple times by stomping, sliding furniture, yelling, revving car engines, etc. I tried to contact management about this on 3 separate occasions yet the issue continues. Many other issues as well. Enough to write a book."

"I lived here for a little over 2 years and a little of that time Paulette was really helpful and great. Then Cecilia showed up and she was also accomadating and amazing!! Thank you Cecilia for being there and answering to all my questions and problems. You made living at Weston a great place to live."

"Overall these apartments are draining! If it isn’t one thing it’s another and it seems as if nobody understands you until you get in the leasing office with demands!!! They never have a solution to problems and again it’s always something. Leasing office never answers the phone and the number that is posted on Google is WRONG!!! Parking is HORRIBLE. Trash is always everywhere but in the trash. Valet trash is suppose to be Sunday-Thursday but that’s FALSE. The little grass that is on the ground is slowly becoming DIRT. I pay too much to be uncomfortable and unhappy. I am so ready to part ways. Emergency Maintenance is HORRIBLE! No sense of urgency. Ground is always dirty. Construction quality 0/10. I will never come back or recommend! It sucks really bad over here. DO NOT RECOMMEND!"

"The staff is amazing but the complex will try to squeeze every dime you have out. They have a lot of small charges attached to your rent(that's not on the staff, they are very professional and I felt respected when i contacted them). Your rent will go up drastically yearly and not by a little and theyll call it "fees". When my car was broken into they acted as if it was my fault. If you don't have to, DO NOT move here. They charge you for having a washer and dryer and wont let you bring your own in order to reduce cost..... THIS PLACE WILL SUCK EVERY DIME YOU HAVE!"
