"Horrible experience under the new ownership of John Estrada. He is the least responsive property manager and isn't a true representative of owners' interests. Completed unapproved maintenance procedures in violation of property management agreement and is further unwilling to correct issues. Provides horrendous service to both owners and tenants - beware of sales or business earning tactics, he and his team will only disappoint once a lease or property management agreement is signed. I should've run after the business was turned over to him... The headache began when my property was listed for rent with multiple grammar and spelling errors, making the listing incoherent and would serve more to deter renters than attract them to a property. This listing was coupled with blurry photos and remained up for nearly a week before correcting issues that were brought to his attention. His refusal to reimburse over $800 for improperly performed maintenance was the final strike. He will hold owners and tenants accountable for clauses in agreements but won't admit mistakes nor will attempt to make things right when he is in breach of these same agreements. I have clear written instructions that prove his negligence and actions in direct violation of wishes of property owners."
