Arya Grove

"Lived here for 3yrs and here’s what I can say. This is a little of a LONG list of issues. For the love of God, don’t live here. It was a never ending headache with office staff, maintenance team, a majority of the people living there are just awful and inconsiderate. Oh yeah and expect everything to be breaking in those units and there will be broken things in your unit on move-in, unless you’re lucky. Most of the appliances are old and struggling to keep running. Don’t be surprised if there’s boarder-line illegal activities the office staff does too. Months ago they tried a “legal” review bait on Google reviews. If you aren’t familiar with what that is, they offer some sort of reward or incentive if you give a (positive) Google review. They stated it as “leave a review”, indicating ANY review however we all know, the real truthful ones that speak negatively, won’t get picked. They stopped, a while ago. Probably due to someone calling them out that it was near illegal. The office staff will NEVER call you back even when they say they will too. You actually have to force them to do their job. Same with the maintenance team. I know very little in electrical but thanks to my dad, I knew the kitchen light ballast was dying. They didn’t believe me and told me to my face, “we’re not coming back to fix this if this doesn’t work”. Took them 3 visits. Hell in some units, I’ve heard it’s taken years for something to get fixed. They also will lie about fixing something. Had that happen when I first moved in. Dead of winter and zero heat. Maintenance said they fixed it when literally no one came by. The gym is a mess with missing, damaged, or broken equipment. Last I checked there was 4(?) sets of dumbbells. Can’t remember but it wasn’t much. But while you’re visiting and touring the place, I hope you avoid all the trash and dog poop! Welcome to Ayra Grove!"

"I asked about the lights in the breezeway being fixed. I asked twice in the app and never heard back in a whole month. I had to go to the front office to get the request even responded to. I heard that the parts were on backorder, maintenance still didn’t contact me directly. The lights sometimes are on but most nights they are off. Not sure why parts are needed for this anyway. Seems like an electric circuit problem. Anyway, the maintenance request system is a bit broken right now and needs to be fixed. Edited: They have fixed the lights! Also, they fixed my window on short notice when I asked. That puts them up to 4 stars for me."

"The neighbor is quiet and overall I have friendly neighbors! We have never had a problem that the managers or maintenance can’t fix and it’s gets done quick! Matter of fact, They’re absolutely the sweetest and most understanding and care for your safety! The management team truly cares for our community and tries to involve the complex in almost everything! From pool parties, to holiday decor contest and movie nights, the Arya Grove family really makes us feel like home! Not to mention, we have our own HUB for packages to be locked securely away until we pick them up. Honestly my family and I are so happy we chose to live here!"

"Arya Grove has been a great experience as a resident. The staff has always been caring and helpful. The pool has been so refreshing during the record heat this summer. It is a quiet neighborhood that is close to schools and shopping. Would look no further than Arya Grove for an apartment."
