"Wow where do I begin... First off this will be LONG but if you read until the end I can promise you you will be better off! As of right now there is literally only ONE washer working in the laundry mat yeah ONLY ONE! And there is 3 of the dryers working of of 4 but the 3 that do work don't really work at times you have to re-dry your clothes! And for the most part the laundry mat is always trashed out. There is NO professional onsite manager or maintenance crew. There is only a manager who comes here whenever you don't know when she's coming or leaving unless you contact her. With maintenance there is currently only ONE older man doing all the work of the apartment complex. Its hard because there is only so much he can do and when he can't fix whatever it is that needs fixing then you have to get in contact with the manger to see when she will come out to further fix whatever issues you're having. The place isn't well kept at all. Not to mention crazy neighbors!!! (Now not everyone is like this!!! There were so awesome people there [THEY GOT OUT] and there's still to this day a few awesome people who live there who are trying to do the best they can). One neighbor tried to steal our dog! Another one flooded her bathroom just so that she could flood our bathroom (Its an older establishment so everything is connected together. What you do affects the people living down below you or right beside you. That and she doesn't like me or my family. Never did anything to the woman don't even know her beside she's my upstairs neighbor.) And another neighbor goes out of her way to talk to me when I tried to avoid her like the plague for being rude and racist towards my White husband. So yeah theres that I know you can't help stupid but anyways... My husband and I lived here at Robinson years ago back in 2016. Back then the place was beautiful, well kept, everything was clean, including the apartments, anything that needed fixing got fixed right away, there were picnic tables here, and the laundry mat had 4 working washers and 4 working drawers! The owner back then was a nice lady named Ruth and her daughter and son in law managed the place! They always did a great job! But ever since they had to leave to take care of personal business this place has literally gone to hell! The other people who took over after that immediately raised the rent claiming that they would be renovating the place. That happened but for some apartments not all! Honestly the way that Ruth and her family kept up the place it didn't even need renovating! Then after that whoever that guy was stopped managing the place a lady named Shay became the owner and a nice hard working couple were the onsite managers! Shay is nice and tried her best to help whenever there was any issues and so did the couple who always worked their butts off to maintenance and maintain the property. But then all of a sudden Robinson gets sold again to a new managing company, Stone Wall, which has bad reviews on how they managed properties in the past that was back in May towards the end of the month. Just got a letter a few days ago saying that Robinson Manor is switching mangers again on the 1st of August?! Needless to say, Robinson Manor doesn't have their stuff together!"

"The new owner of this place is extremely kind and accommodating! She helped me move in with poor credit, and even put me in a newly remodled apartment! The maintenance team is kind and polite as well! The neighbors are mostly quiet, the street noise is very low, and the complex is within easy walking distance of several markets and restaurants. I really enjoy living here, and would reccomend it to anybody needing an affordable place to stay."

"The apartment was loud, a lot other people stopping and trashing the apartment, dirty, people came to dumped furniture outside of the dumpster. It got so much better now, felt safer to stay here, I was going to somewhere else, and now I would love to renew my lease. And they got new laundry machines, dryers, we were told they are installing new water heaters to replace all of them, and new HVAC."

"I dont feel safe living here. The manager Celina is very rude. The other lady who works in the office the younger one is always on her phone talking to her boyfriend. They don't care if you reported some issues. It will take a month before they take action. They will say that the apartments are renovated but the fact is they just repainted the walls. There are rats. The laundry area is always dirty, they have 4 washers but only two are working. We reported it a long time ago, its already been 3 months and still the same. Some people who lives here are smoking drugs, i've seen it with my own eyes. And they usually hang out in the laundry area. Thats why its not safe to do laundry at night."
