"This complex is honestly speaking under low level. We had live power on our bathtub fosset for a good 2 year. Doors moving cause the building is moving, cracks over almost every wall. Plus they ignore the court and think they're above the law... They will fall deep..."

"DO NOT RENT HERE!!! —- I tried to rent from them last year because I had just gotten a job and had enough money for the deposit and first month’s rent. I read online they offered month to month leases which sounded great to me. But when I spoke with the crazy manager on the phone she told me she required an application fee, credit check, six months proof of income, two recent paycheck stubs, a background check and a bunch of other requirements that could only resemble a yearly lease at a high end complex. After doing some research, I found the REAL terms of a standard month to month lease, which is you only have to pay the security deposit and first month’s rent, then renew each month if you want (because it’s a MONTH TO MONTH LEASE... not a yearly lease!) Most people just starting out and in need of a place to live don’t even have several months of income proof or good credit. Don’t waste your time renting here if their “month to month” lease terms are disproportionate to a true monthly lease. I actually ended up renting a luxury apartment downtown for a good price and they didn’t have unreasonable demands like this place."

"This place is roach infested. they were always working on water pipes and never informed us on how long we would be without water. We went thru 3 landlords Within a year of being there, and when we moved out we were informed they upped the studio apartments by $200."

"Avoid this apartment complex like the plague, over priced rat infested,roach infested, and not to mention car thieving apartments.. this apartment complex values its employees far more then the residents towing the cars of any resident at any given time. and still expecting you to pay a ridiculous amount for rent.. not to mention they use their tennis court for employee parking so if you are an active individual i recommend looking else where as well. The roads are horrible with potholes not to mention they flood so you have to cross a river to get to your vehicle, there is no designated parking so anyone could park next to your car if its still there.. (Just in case they had it towed because an employee couldn't park their car at their apartment.) If you are a resident push for designated parking because your vehicle will be damaged by people who cant park their vehicles. The dumpsters are always full so people have to dump their garbage on the side of the road.. This apartment complex was poorly designed.. The AC units in each apartment complex are to under-powered to keep your apartment cool especially in the summer... They also turn off water frequently with no warning in advance. They will do surprise check in's on your apartment and if you deny them permission to enter your apartment because they decided to show up unannounced its a "VIOLATION OF YOUR LEASET" since they hired illiterate morons. if i could rate this apartment 0 stars i would.."

"Still hating it. Its a power house over here with the owner/ manager playing emperor. Maint. Is alright, but they're lazy. There are nails/ screws all over the complex, and I've complained numerous times. Office lady is never on time and is always changing, this last one has lasted 6 months though. The dumpsters are always full which can be easily fixed if the complex would just be another trash dy for the actual trucks to come but they are too cheap. The residents are what makes this place decent. I live around some that have been here for 5+ years and they tell me stories of how "it used to be". But those days are long gone. Since my moving here they have increased the bs rules as well as uped the rent. If this is all you can afford, don't get stuck here."
