"I have been living at Arbor at Centerbrook since September 2016. I love it here! The Property managers are very accommodating to your needs and concerns. They worked with everyone during the pandemic and during the freeze to help make it more comfortable to handle and to let us know we wasn’t in this alone. Maintenance is good as well when you put a work order in, it is completed in a timely fashion. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The apartments are very spacious and the area is beautiful and quiet."
"3rd year and property looking great and to the comments about delinquents there are NO delinquents here but good hard working folks. Follow the rules and stop blaming others for Your issues. Thank you for placing an amazing property and for maintaining such a gorgeous place. Your staff has been helpful from the beginning they tolerate all of it making sure Everyone is taken care of and truly care about what happens on site . Some residents take it for granted how hard they work and how hard it is to make sure everything is in order. I want to say thank you looking forward to many years here."
