Terrible experience I had was watching neighbors and myself suffering from water damage mold breathing issues and then oh my god they forced entry to the apartment and bathroom where my daughter was bathing and all the neighbors feel like prisoners here they are so rude and horrible to pets aswell they will find any reasons to evict someone that's been paying rent it don't matter ..there's road kill and sewage leaking and a babys toilet at the entrance of falcon ridge ..people dump anything here and the dumpsters are right next to the appartments a good reason why there's roaches and rats fecal matter and dead rats if ur pet eats them they will die ..and not to mention they will have you or any guests towed immediately and profit from these bounty tows they will steal ur car If u don't catch it or pay for a parking pass the managers and lady's are horrible knock on doors cussing and calling the cops on you it's ridiculous place needs to be torn down"

"I moved in last year and Veronica was the manager then, she was so sweet and she worked with me with my deposit. Flash forward to Hector the new manager we have. He’s been so sweet and understanding during the pandemic. Even helped me with parking because they are doing road work on Aviation and there is no parking lol. It’s really quiet and neighbors are nice as well. It’s been home for myself and my family."

"This place is a joke. We have a special needs child and after finding out our apartment was infested with roaches mice and bed bugs we had to send our kids to go stay with a family member until we could move. They never even attempted to treat our apartment for anything and now they are trying to charge us double since we moved out, even though we have it in writing saying they were releasing us from our lease. The harassment from other residents is abundant, if you bring it up you are told "they are going through a hard time" so as long as you are going through something it's okay to threaten everybody around you. We were sick the entire time we lived there. As were many other tenants. I told the manager as well as maintenance about the mold and they literally told me it was insulation. Health department had to get involved when they wouldn't treat our apartment and the manager told them we have refused pest control 4-5 times which is a lie. I heard the current property manager (Trish, or Patricia) screaming at a tenant and threatening to "beat her ass" if she "didn't get her retarded ass kids out of her apartment" Don't live here. Just don't."
