"This place is absolutely amazing! I’ve lived here for 4 months and I don’t regret calling them when I did. I have a criminal record, 2 big dogs and one of them is a pit bull. They approved me no problem. I filed out an application for 20+ apartments and I was denied every time. I sent in my paperwork, next thing I know I moved in. The staff and maintenance are 1000/10. The ladies in the office are so nice, Dee is so helpful! The maintenance work hard to keep this place looking good. If you have a criminal record, pit bull and looking to move, I encourage you to fill out an app! The pool, laundry room and dog park are the best! The bottom floors have backyards. It’s the perfect complex!"

"We applied a few months back and were greeted with friendly staff, the apartments are beautiful, well kept and the community is very peaceful. We just started moving in and the ladies in the office are so helpful and sweet, our unit is in great condition, clean, new carpet and small welcome gifts! The backyard is huge and adorable, my dogs love it! Plenty of storage space along with a front and back porch. Very easy and smooth application and leasing process, we have our own parking spot (huge plus). GORGEOUS 8ft pool with bbq stations, plenty of amenities, small dog park, etc. The trees around the property are so beautiful. So pleased to call meadows our new home!"

"I had lived here for the past four years. Lund properties has the absolute worst apartment management in San Antonio and surrounding areas. The rent increase here for a place that’s barely 500 square feet? Yeah this used to cost me 740 plus pet rent. Nothing was ever got fixed unless you threaten to call Code Compliance or threaten to get a lawyer. The current apartment manager Grace Hernandez is completely atrocious and condescending. She bullies the other two assistants who have to ask her for EVERYTHING. The former head of maintenance, Landon, quit because of her behavior. Then a new maintenance guy, who was black and actually worked, she bullied and told him he couldn’t talk to his coworkers nor other residents and then he quit. She bullies the sweet pregnant black lady in the office and leaves her ill prepared to help residents. In fact when the corporate lady from Lund with blond hair and Grace in the office their sole purpose of putting her there was to make residents mad and leave. That’s because they are “remodeling”.... Yeah I’ve seen the remodeled units. New tenants are overpaying for painted over sinks and counters and maybe new windows that were poorly done and caulked with little to no care. Seriously they hire the cheapest and worst labor. Oh and the jobs don’t get completed because 9/10 they can’t pay. Also I didn’t get back my full $500 deposit. My boyfriend had to call and then they sent a measly $300 check with no explanation of what was wrong with the unit. Then for the past 5 months they claim they don’t have my mail but had my boyfriend’s mail forwarded. I’m still fighting them and the post office when I made sure as day to have the address changed to where we are now. I hope the person in my old unit has fun with my debt and personal information. Insert eyeroll here. By the time I left they had 30+ units available. Well duh no one is paying over $800 a month for this kind of apartment. These were the photos when we left. This used to be an amazing place to live. I had the best neighbors. It used to be a community. What Grace and Lund have done to it now has made it the butt crack eyesore of Universal City. Also the only reason they have good ratings is because they have to bribe the residents with discounted rent. Anytime we threatened to report they tried to hush us. Well I hope these pictures and my stories because there is so so so much more wrong with this property than eyes can see. I hope they help and please PLEASE MOVE ELSEWHERE IN UNIVERSAL CITY!!! This place is a scam and you will feel cheated at the end."
