"This has been the worst apartment complex I have ever rented at. First off they refuse to fix the mail boxes so don’t expect to get any packages if you move here. There is zero security measures. Not even a single security camera and vehicle thefts are very common. My Ford F250 was stolen from this complex on Christmas Day and the building manager has been no help. The trash was over filled and spilling out everywhere as well. The rent is not cheap at all and is only going up, so to be treated so poorly is inexcusable and we will not be renewing our lease. I would not recommend wasting your time nor money with this place if you value your safety."

"-stars Please read before Giving them any of your $$$... We have lived here for the past year. We moved in here with the false pretense that our apartment would be just like the model apartment. However that was immediately wrong upon just stepping in the front door. The downstairs neighbor thinks someone is always pounding on their door due to the floor sinking in. There are multiple spots where the floor sinks, for example the living room, bedroom, and bathroom. For the first month we were living here we realized we could not sleep in our room due to it being so hot while we slept it was unbearable even with a fan in the room. We moved to the living room and were told to close our vent and redirect the air. So instead of maintenance finding a solution we were forced to turn the 1 bedroom into a studio apartment. We pay over $1,050 for a studio apartment. Shortly after we were struggling with an ant problem and that has yet to be fixed. Pest control came and told maintenance to fill holes so we wouldn’t have a problem again but no holes have been filed. A few months back I sent a maintenance request to fix the left drawer front in the bathroom. I have to force it to close. Well today I closed it and the large drawer front fell onto my foot. Now I'm not sure if you’ve felt a drawer front corner just fall straight onto your barefoot but it was not the way I would have liked to start my morning. This apartment is poorly constructed and maintenance does the bare minimum when it comes to fixing anything. While I see management do everything to make the outside pretty it will not change how awful it is on the inside. Nails sticking out in the baseboards and carpet. Cabinet door in the restroom is not properly on the hinges so it sticks out and stabs me in the arm several times a day. I can go on and on but I’m sure I've made my point. Do better and at least give your applicants a real visual of what it's like living here and not the model apartment."
