"They somehow deleted my review. Lol but in 2019 I moved to this place. The place was infested with roaches. They said they couldn’t do anything about it it because the person in the room above us had his apartment trashed. I’m not exaggerating when I say infested. Hope this changed already but it was such a bad experience. I was 20 at the time and it was my first apartment so I didn’t know what to do."

"Worst customer service ever! The company website says the office opens at 8:30. The sign on the door says 9:00. I went in about 9:05 and the blinds were still closed but the door was unlocked. The lady running the office was on her cell phone. I asked if they were open and she replied "30 more minutes." The followed me to the door and locked it as I walked out. I returned 30 minutes later. We had already called about availability, but i had several questions. She pointed me to a paper on her desk. She never even sat down to talk to me. She walked around the office yelling questions to me. I was looking for an apartment for my dad who lives on Social Security and obviously doesn't make 3 X the rental amount, as they require. She very rudely told me he needed a cosigner. When i tried to ask if there was any other option as he has plenty of money in the bank, she cut me off and said "He needs a cosigner." I told her that other properties will make an exception based on his bank account. She said "We're not other companies. We are privately owned, and he needs a cosigner.""
