"It's a 3 for me. The paint in the walls is awful. It feels like chalk. Countertops are horrible. There's no glaze on them. They stain easily. Items fall right through balconies. It seems to me like the entire complex isn't finished. Bird stuff all in front of the office door on the welcome mat. It's a 3, because nothing around the place is in perfect condition. The cabinet screws start popping off."

"Applied online . Went into office and did paperwork. Online portal said application was approved and then got a call saying my family makes too much . If my family makes too much I wouldn't have Applied in the first place as Ive been doing simple addition since 1st grade . The lady said they use a special calculation to determine eligibility (although she couldnt explain it ) They said our income is $11,000 more than what it actually is. $11,000 is quite a jump. I think either someone did the math wrong or they have issues with people with disabilities. My daughter has D.S . It's really unfortunate because we really liked the apartment ."

"I love my apartment and I never really have to deal with noise, but… I’m scared to leave my apartment because of the type of people they allow to live here. Someone was murdered in one of the apartments, there was a brawl in the parking lot recently of at least 7-10 people fist fighting. It ALWAYS smells like weed around 6pm and Throughout the night and you can’t open the doors without the smell seeping into your apartment. Cops come here frequently to deal with the violence. Hardly anyone is following the rules of the apartment and the pool was closed because of it and people are destroying the nice things we do have and the trash is usually overflowing. It’s so sad because these are otherwise beautiful apartments. A few bad, dirty, disrespectful families ruin it for everyone else. If they start removing these people it has a chance to make a comeback."

"The longer I live here the more I absolutely hate it. The floor plans are just fine and I’m lucky I have civil and quiet neighbors. The whole property shares 1 trash area. Which has the property overflowing the trashes and has trash flying everywhere. So they add 2 more big trash bins that just take up parking and the exit/entrance. It seems like the office staff lets everything and anyone live here. There’s always police and ambulance showing up. Not to mention someone getting killed in one of the apartments. I go outside with my son since it is a rule not to leave children unattended outside, and little kids and teenagers are fist fighting on the grass area in front of everyone. It is definitely not a safe property for children. The office staff is very unprofessional. They are rude and never answer the phones. Maintenance is lazy and takes their time fixing maintenance requests. I had a problem with my guest bathroom toilet and the maintenance guy took the whole thing off the floor and said he needed to replace the piping. The toilet sat there for a week until he came back, messed with it, said he needed more parts and didn’t come back for another week. Do not live here unless you want to waste your time and money. 5 more months left in my lease and I am ready to leave"

"I don't even know where to begin.... My husband and I moved to Midland Texas after losing everything in a hurricane. We both work hard and just work and sleep to have a place to live with my disabled daughter. Upon moving into this nightmare of a community we had no Ac through the the hottest days of summer for two whole months!!!! I was pregnant during all of this and unfortunately lost the baby just recently due to the stress and heat exhaustion I was experiencing for a 2 month period when first moving into these apartments. The office was informed of the situation on many occasions and maintenance was refusing to come fix the broken AC the evening we noticed it wasn't working. The office then told me that if I wanted to break my lease instead of fixing the AC unit they could arrange that for us. Then just recently I was on vacation in Florida for a week and came back to my vehicle that I own and had good tags and registration was towed after the office received complaints that children in the neighborhood were vandalizing our vehicle so they towed it without notifying myself or my husband. They could have and should have called police since there was a crime being committed. They claim they didn't know whom the vehicle belong to even though it was on our lease as our vehicle. I am just completely overwhelmed by all of this and I am starting to feel a little bit of discrimination as we are some of the very few Caucasian families living in this community. I feel like we are being pushed out so they can make money by getting people to move out so they can move in more victims. DONT RENT FROM HERE IF YOU LOVE YOUR FAMILY AND CARE ABOUT THERE WELL BEING AND SAFETY. Also every review is answered by a concerned bot that says please let us know if we can help and they do absolutely nothing because the message they post after your review is simply a computer generated message and the owners of this property know nothing about what goes on in this community...."
