Hilton Garden Inn Midland

"Don’t stay here. I’m a Hilton Gold (Diamond last year) and a Marriott Titanium Elite status. First night, when the heater is running it’s fine but when it turns off and then back on it makes 3 knocking noises, this went on all night. Second night, a truck alarm started to go off around 2:30 am and stayed on even after I left around 9am. I asked the staff about it and they said there is nothing they can do. Thanks for the help. Third night, the truck alarm finally went off but they decided to clean the grill vents with a pressure hose that makes a ton of noise. They decided it would be a good idea to do this at 11:30pm. Oh and the truck alarm, it started back up at 2:45am, hadn’t moved all day. Worse Hilton Garden Inn and the worst Hilton property I’ve ever stayed at. Only stay here if it’s your only resort."

"The service was good but someone in his staff is a person without values because I was left with something of value in the room and when I called to claim it they said that there was nothing, I am sure that I left my valuable in the room and someone stole it. It is a hotel to which I will never return, this damages the whole experience. I don't recommend it"

"$3.87 to park in the empty parking lot? The bar was closed. Why? All employees gave great service. The chair in our room was disgusting, but quickly replaced. Thank you. The elevator did not smell of hookers."

"Unfortunately my stay was not the greatest. In previous stays (last year) it was great however the hotel does seem to be needing some repairs. From the crack in the shower liner to rotted metal door to the bathroom, it definitely didn’t meet the Hilton standards I’ve grown accustomed to. Unfortunately that wasn’t the worst of it. During my entire stay I didn’t have hot water to take a shower and the water pressure was miserable. Many customers complained with no fix during our stay. Sadly I will not be staying here again."
