"We had stayed in the La Quinta before and I knew they were clean so I got on the website and found a room close to the nursing home. You lived up to your high standards once again. Thank you"

"It looks nice from the picture. But actually, it looks like it’s renovated only lobby area. Room is little bit more spacious than other LQ. But it’s not clean and bed sheets don’t look like clean. Wall, doors, lights are old and not maintained well. Elevator was out of service, which saying that was broken in the morning of my check in day. Who knows since when?"

"It was around the corner from my son's new apartment. People were friendly, so we got a room. No security lock on the door. Tissue paper in the peephole, wife got ready for bed. Come to find out the toilet didn't flush. So we called, they offered to give another room. We packed up and went to the desk. Got another room, and the second one had no security lock either. Wife really not impressed. I was tired after moving all day. Not pleasant."

"Nasty,nasty,nasty!!! There was hair on the pillows and the sheets like they weren't even changed. A booger wall, dog food in the room. A pubic hair on the tub. There is no water for 20 minutes as soon as we get there. We didn't leave because we were preoccupied planning my mother in laws funeral and we just needed a quick stay."

"We just needed a place to stay for the night while driving across country. Just wanted a clean quiet room. The door of our room look like someone had successfully broken in before. The carpet was dirty. But our biggest problem was that the shower leaked so bad it soaked the carpet on the other side of the wall, and everything we had on the floor. I brought it to the attention of the front desk when we were checking out and she said they can't find any good contractors. The parking lot had the brightest lights I've ever seen to deter theft."
